Come enjoy the beauty and solace of the most northern part of Maine at our camp "Ursa Minor" Minutes from the Canadian border in Grand Isle, this remote and secluded off-grid comfortable cabin on just under 200 private acres of northern Maine wilderness has beautiful scenic mountain views. It is located along the extensive ATV road system and is completely ATV accessible. It is at the end of a 4 mile gravel road ( which can be rough at times). There is a brook on the property and maintained walking trails. During berry season there are unlimited amounts of berries to pick. This is a sanctuary for wildlife so while pets are allowed, prior permission is needed for the protection of the wildlife that lives here. Off leash pets are at your own risk and please pick up after pets when able. We share the property with moose, bear, deer, fisher cats, coyote, lynx and bobcats. We take the welfare of the wildlife on our property seriously and there is absolutely no hunting or baiting allowed. The cabin is outfitted with solar electricity which is limited but can provide lights and use and charging for devices There is propane heat in the camp and a portable outdoor stove camping stove top. Absolutely no candles or smoking in the cabin and all outdoor fires should be limited to the fire pit and fully extinguished after use. There is no wifi at the cabin but most people have good cell signal. There are trail cameras on the property.

These sites are reserved for our "CAN YOU SURVIVE" participants and we move the location for each guest so that you start with a fresh area.
