Another little tidbit: to grow food, we try to maximize the amount of sun it receives- SHADE IS VERY LIMITED.

One can walk through the woods or just sit and listen to nature all around. It's a great place for hammock camping! Two miles to the East is Lake Coeur d'Alene with great boating, kayaking, and fishing. Loffs Bay has a public boat ramp and lake access. This is not a good site for RV's! It is great for a jeep/subaru/small SUV. The trees are 12 feet apart and turning around would be difficult with an RV or trailer!
