On the bank on the beautiful Pend Oreille river, this is our family 1.5 acre home site. You will see plenty of water fowl and birds of prey from the 300 feet of shoreline. Your RV spot is nestled in the trees for shade. You will have access to a high bank camp fire area where you can enjoy unimpeded views of the river. Enjoy the river views and relax!Level spacious 60 foot pad for you to stage your RV in. Room for an extra vehicle. This site was heavily forested and recently thinned to allow for your enjoyment. A shady spot in the hot afternoons as well as sun peaking though the tall evergreen trees, makes for a great spot for the weekend or extended stay. 20 amp service can be arranged. You will have access to the river for both bird and wildlife viewing via a private campfire site approximately 250 feet from RV spot.

Forest Camping

Review Our two night stay at the Forest RV site was an enjoyable getaway. Steve and Stacy are welcoming hosts, offering a relaxing hammock, a viewpoint fire pit, Adirondack chairs under tall pines, and a level parking spot with the perfect mix of sun and shade. Beautiful location along the Pend Oreille River and ideal for early morning kayaking and paddle boarding.

Forest RV Site #1

We had a nice experience, the site was quite, however, the RV pad was raised grave/flat but only a little wider then our RV, no place to fully open the ground mat, set chairs, tables, etc. no fire pit, no picnic table. As photos showed, we thought we'd be close to the river, the fire pit was on the river, however, RV site was a couple hundred yards from the river.

We enjoyed camping in the trees without any other campers around. The hosts were warm and friendly, sharing their riverfront space and making us feel at home.
