Weekend Trip to It's Creek Time - Howard Creek

Great spot! I unfortunately couldn’t arrive until almost midnight but I was able to get in and set up without any issues. The fenced in space was perfect for my dog to roam around. I loved the picnic area with lots of room to make and prepare food. Using the outdoor shower in the morning sun was lovely. If I’m in the area I will absolutely book this spot again!

It was quiet and peaceful. Plenty of shade trees. The grounds were well kept and driving in and out was easy. This is a perfect camp stop. Next time I’m bringing my boat. We Loved the grill and fire pit. The host was easy to get in touch with for questions. We’ll be back.

3 nights at Sunset Isle - Carrabelle, Florida

When you first drive in everything is clean and in place. Site was concrete and level. Lot 15 was taken by owners so they upgraded me to lot 13 and it was there larges lot. Close to the pool and you have river view. The communication was spot on when I had a question, they responded with in mins. Looking forward to our next trip west and will book as an overnight.

5 nights at Wild and Free Cape San Blas RV

We had a great time! This was only our second trip in our class A motor home and set up was a breeze. All of the plugs and hookups worked great. The driveway was just fine for us, we had no issues entering or exiting the site. The location was wonderful. Short drive or bike ride to the beach and the area was quiet and peaceful. We’ll be back!

We loved staying at Lindsey's place. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay in our camper and we really enjoyed playing cornhole after dinner in the evenings! Bayside Bungalow was close to so many things to do and see in the area too! Lindsey was very responsive to any questions we had! If we return to the area we will choose to stay at Bayside Bungalow again!

I have camped here before . The sites are very large and set on a bluff overlooking a nice river. Water/electricity hook ups. Very wide pull thru View is awesome and serene, quiet. Everything you need. Glenn is a great host. If you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing get away, this is it.

We had a fantastic time at Amanda’s spot with a dock. Lots of wide life in the area too. Saw dolphins, caught all kinds of fish and watched the resident eagle. Even got to see the Space Station pass over one clear night! Highly recommend and will be back. Close bike ride to downtown Apalachicola too!

Weekend Trip to Sugar White Sand - St. Joe Beach

Great spot away from the hustle bustle but yet close enough to the beach. Wayne was very accommodating and welcoming. Pet friendly. Campsite offers a fire pit, a picnic table, and an outdoor shower. If there was anything negative to say, it would be that I didn’t really like that. The RV pad is sand. Wayne has pieces of plywood out to step on and also a rug where your door opens, but it still tracks in pretty badly. Other than that, everything was perfect. we will definitely return if we are in the area.

2 nights at Port Saint Joe RV Resort

The campground was very clean and well maintained. From our spot (17) we could see the bay on the drivers side. There is a nice playground with a large wooden ship and swings next to a dog park. These are located at the back of the campground away from the road. The pool was lovely and there was a large covered area with nice chairs and several things to warm with if it became cold. The bathrooms were large and well maintained. There is a launderette if you need it. The staff was patient and attentive. When I arrived my picnic table was missing and within 30 minutes I had a table. St. Joe proper is 3 minutes away and the public beach is 4 minutes away. I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I stayed on this very spot in January 2020 and fell in LOVE with it! Being relative newbies to RVing, we wanted something private but also wanted a beach front vacation without spending 5K for a house. So, we decided to start searching. Turns out, there isn't a whole lot of RV hookup spots right on the beach. But, we ran across this lovely privately owned gulf front lot on Cape San Blas in Florida and stayed for a week that January. We loved it so much we tried to book it again in May of that year, but it was of course booked the entire month. So, we booked another spot and headed to the cape in May anyway. We wanted to see our favorite spot again, so we drove by one day and low and behold, it was for sale. We couldn't pass up an opportunity to own something we fell in love with so quickly, so we took the jump, and bought it! And now, we can share it with all of you. Treat yourself to a beach front vacation in your own "home" and enjoy the journey friends. You only live once! GULF FRONT! Yes, you have your own path directly to the beach along with outdoor shower to rinse of your day on the sand and then enjoy the grill and picnic area for your afternoon dinner with your group. This 1/2 acre private property gulf front and equipped with 30/50 amp service, water, sewer, trash pickup, an outdoor patio, grill and misting outdoor shower. Just bring your swimming suits you'll be set. Cape San Blas, FL is one of the most beautiful and laid back places you will visit. This property is located on Cape San Blas and is right on the water (gulf side). The cape bike path you can take all the way to the state park and explore the entire cape and all it has to offer (22 mile round trip bike path). Also, check out kayaking in the bay or horse-back riding on the beach! Howard Creek is located just 20 minutes from the St Joe Bay for saltwater fishing or access to the Gulf of Mexico, 15 minutes from the Intracoastal waterway access at White City, FL and 35 minutes from the Dead Lakes in Wewahitchka, FL. Flat site partially tucked behind some trees and set back 80 feet off of the sand street. Well water hookup, septic capabilities with macerator (lav pump), electric with 30 and 50 amp at the box on the pole (approx. 100 feet from primary parking spot) or 30 amp at the parking spot, corner of pole barn. COLD water shower and sink available. There is a pole barn on the property with our camper stored under it. You're welcome to use the remaining space under the pole barn for your leisure, approximately 20x35 ft. We're dog people! Your dogs are welcome but must supervised while you're away from the property. We have some wonderful neighbors and do not want to disturb them. There are security cameras present on the property. This is a wonderful "Forgotten Coast" region of the Florida panhandle with so much to see and do within minutes. This area took a direct hit from Hurricane Michael in 2018 and has worked hard at recovery, with so much rebuilding and growth over the last few years. Howard Creek is an eclectic little fishing community made up of a variety of residents from weekend fishers, summer or winter visitors and full time residents. This little golf cart community offers a small general store, a small community church, a volunteer fire department and two landings to put your boat in. Just 20 minutes from the quaint little beach town of Port Saint Joe, Florida. PSJ is known for its warm, welcoming people, old world Florida feel, dog-friendly beaches, Cape San Blas and Indian Pass. Many locally owned wonderful restaurants, bakeries and shops. It's easy to find a charter out of PSJ if you're interested in fishing!
