This is a unique 1 site RV ONLY camping spot to park your camper bay front with a newly built private dock with lighting and a fish cleaning table.; no tent camping. The campsite is a back in only site; not pull through. Site includes area to the left of the privacy fence facing The Oyster House rental and to the tree in the picture w/ private dock; shed is not ours. Pets are allowed but must be kept on a leash or runner and all animal waste disposed of. The site has a solar powered light, a Weber charcoal grill, a picnic table, and a burn barrel for your use. Conveniently located in a beautiful setting that is 2 miles from Waterstreet downtown with many restaurants to choose from including waterfront dining, fresh seafood, and many unique places to shop along the waterfront. Apalachicola is a golf cart friendly town. We have a Yamaha gas powered golf cart for rent at $65 daily if you would like to enjoy a close up of the town. There are many things to do in Apalachicola such as spending the day on the beautiful white sandy beaches of St. George Island. You can book a guided fishing trip or book a trip on an airboat and tour the wetlands! Port St. Joe is a close 25-30 minute drive where you can book a sunset horseback ride right on the beach beside the ocean. There are endless places to explore in town and the surrounding areas…the lighthouse in Carrabelle as well as places to explore in Cape San Blas and Indian Pass.This site is full hook up and beautifully located at "2 mile" by the Apalachicola Bay with electricity and water, privacy fence, as well as its own private, newly constructed 2024 fishing dock with fish cleaning table and sitting bench that has solar lighting at the dock. This site also comes with motioned controlled, solar powered lighting by the camping area to illuminate the picnic table, Coleman charcoal grill, and a fire pit for campfires. The patio area next to the camper spot is paved with brick pavers to keep things dry. The picnic table is located here. The ground is covered in oyster shells to make parking your camper and pull out easy. It is 2 miles from downtown restaurants, endless shopping, and all the festivals.
