This property is called relic ranch because we have actually found a ton of old relics. the campground is under an ancient canopy of oaks. so youll always have shade. the center of the property is unique to say the least but the campground is nature at its finest. there is a 2.6 mile nature trail across from the campground to explore. also there is a boat ramp for fishing about 1/8 mile away. you are welcome to roam over most of the 80 acres. We have goats, cows and chickens as well. All super friendly.

It was populated by hardy, adventurous folks who made a way for themselves and their families by clearing a spot along the lagoon, building a home and forging a life in a new location. But Shiloh is now lost, literally removed from the maps. It no longer exists. When NASA needed a perimeter zone for the newly emerging space program in the 1950s, the federal government purchased large swaths of land between Oak Hill and Titusville, FL. Residents were bought out and forced to move. Houses were relocated or demolished. Shiloh disappeared into history while the space-age pushed forward into the future. However... some foundations still can be found in the woods not far away, if you know where to look. There are even cemeteries that remain, whispering the names of individuals and families. The second site (near the rear of the property) is a 10x14 concrete slab with city water and a household electric service of about 13 amps. No sewage facilities for both sites, must have black water holding tanks. I recommend stopping at a truck stop and empty the black water holding tank. Located on an acre with Grissom Pkwy in the back. Very near the restaurant "Jabbers". Great views of rocket launches, just a few miles from Publix, other shops and other restaurants. About a mile to the Indian River, about five miles to the Banana River (and Kelly Park for windsurfing or launching boats) about 12 miles to Port Canaveral and the beach at Jetty Park or better yet (my fav) Cherie Down Park. CDP is great for surfing, beach fishing, viewing rocket launches or just beach walking. While there please visit Port Canaveral's host of bars and restaurants. Also, about 25 miles to the Space Center. PLEASE! Best way onto property is go west on Canaveral Groves Blvd 1/2 mi. to Alan Sheppard, left and left again at 1st. street (Atlanta St.). Back the 1/2 mi. to Knoxville Ave where the trailer/camper entrance lines up directly with Atlanta St. GPS does NOT know if you are pulling a camper/trailer...LOL!

We had a great stay at Penny Lane! Mark and his wife were welcoming and made sure we had everything (50 to 30 converter). Their land is nestled amongst pet horses, chickens and moss covered oaks. I was peaceful yet minutes from Mount Dora and several hiking trailheads.

We had a great stay at the Relic Ranch :-) Definitely a unique place with lots to explore. The campground area was perfect for us, very spacious and private with a good amount of distance between sites, plus the giant trees are absolutely gorgeous. The porta potties were probably the cleanest ones i've ever seen! If you venture towards the main property check out the goats, they are very friendly! Thanks again!

Great stay. Lots of room for my dog to roam, and tons to see. Lots of animals, a full size pet pig and a family of goats with babies next door! Sean checked in on me and was available if I needed anything (which I did not). I had no issues with the 30a power. I will definitely be back!

Highly recommend staying here. The site we stayed at was beautiful, the trees with the moss hanging from them and the vegatation around the site made it feel very woodsie, nice size site as well. Pretty neat stuff to gander at on the property. The host James is wonderful to communicate with! We have already booked another stay in January and we are very excited to go back! There are trails for walking, biking and horseback riding right next door. A highly recommended drive through nature trail about 15 minutes from the sight. Just remember, your in the woods, there ARE bugs and mosquitoes be prepared if you go during warmer nights

Nice property and the people were very nice over the phone I arrived late and had to leave early for work so I didn't get a chance to meet them but well taken care of property and had what we needed. I did feel it may be a little pricey compared to other sites I've been too especially because I arrived late and left early I felt I paid a lot for 9 hours but that's my own fault for having a busy schedule I am glad it's same day bookings but it was far from where I work but the closet one to me with same day bookings I hate the 24 hour notice that most sites do so kudos there for sure thanks guys maybe sometime again soon I hope to stay longer next time.

I love staying here. I feel like i am far away fro. Civilization in a jungle.James is awesome. The place is quiet and relaxing. This is my second time and we enjoyed it. We reserved for two nights and had to leave after one for personal reasons but will be back.
