The area is wonderful and we enjoyed the multitude of birds on the property! The self-serve barn near the road was simple to understand (apple cider was great!). The RV space was the perfect size for us and the bed was comfortable. We spent time enjoying parts of Petaluma, Point Reyes, and Inverness as well.

Our family had a beautiful time at Sheep Camp! Debra was a wonderful host and easy to communicate with before and throughout our stay. The kids loved the bunk beds, and we all enjoyed the outdoor dining area with its cozy lights. The farm-fresh eggs were delicious, and it was so fun to watch the chickens running around and the emus up close. It was foggy during our visit, but that only added to the magic of staying at the farm. We’d definitely love to come back!

Directions were excellent and contact/communication were great. The spot is clearly marked and conveniently had water, power and a trash bin for use. I had an issue with the power/extension cord initially. Let the host know and I believe it was fixed later at night. It wasn’t a huge issue as my solar battery had enough power for making coffee and using microwave in the morning. My heater worked off regular battery. The location is convenient to get to downtown, which I did. It was all lit up for the Plaza lighting that evening. So fun!

Weekend Trip to Redwood Meadows

Lovely wooded spot in close proximity to lots of hiking trails, a year round creek for exploring, wine tasting, and Saratoga Village. Good spot for camping light. Hwy 9 curves around the camping portion of the property so expect vehicle noise. It didn't prevent us from enjoying the place and at night there is hardly any traffic so sleeping was fine. There is a hose near the camp area that makes for good hand washing and outdoor showers. Shannon was truly the best host ever and really enhanced our stay with her generosity. Very thankful for her.

The host Debra went way above and beyond to make our stay delightful! She brought us fresh chicken and duck eggs. She notified us of an electrical outage in the valley in the morning, and had her sister bring us coffee from town since our electric was out. Amazing! Huge amount of space that you have access to when renting the RV. Lots of room to explore, dine outside, and run around. Gorgeous views of the valley and got to watch the fog roll in each evening. 20 min to the beach. 45 min to Napa valley. RV could use some updated mattresses, but all in all, it was a great stay!

Eileen gave us excellent instructions on how to access the campsite. The area was clean and offered a power outlet as well as water supply. We enjoyed our one night stay especially with the scenic view of the farm lands and animals - would definitely recommend staying here!

Great RV. We enjoyed the views, the animals, and playing in the tall grasses. The RV itself is on a gravel lot, which we didn't expect, but we found some shade and soft grass in the back of the RV which made for a nice spot for hanging out. Bucolic vineyard setting. Plenty of room for 23-ft travel trailer. Near enough to town. Nice little winery (Homewood )right down the road is worth a visit. Our cats enjoyed the site.
