****PLEASE NOTE:**** This campsite is for RVs or self-contained vehicles ONLY, as no restroom facilities are available. No tent or car camping. It is a small organic farm on the outskirts of the City of Sonoma. It is about 9 miles from downtown Napa. There are mountain and vineyard views, The campsite is up against a vineyard. Our neighbors are cows and goats. We have sheep, chickens, dogs, cats, and horses. We are within walking distance of three wineries and a vodka bar. We have water and 30 amp electricity available. Pets must not be left unattended by their owners at any time. Dogs must be inside your camper at night.(Please, if you do not have an RV equipped with a restroom, please do not read any further. We do not have restrooms on the premises.) This is a private campsite. We only host one party at a time to maintain privacy. It is a small organic farm on the outskirts of the City of Sonoma. Chill with Prince Harry

We enjoyed taking a couple days with Prince Harry (the sheep) at the farm. Short walk to some wineries, quiet and private. Nice sunsets. No complaints.

Quiet, beautiful spot

Great spot if you’re looking to get out of the city and near beautiful vineyards! Site is completely flat, so I didn’t have to put things under my tires to have my van level. They have a power and water hookup running from the house you are parked behind, along with a trash can provided! And your goat neighbor who also stays behind the house is a sweetie. Would definitely do again!

The site was about 13 minutes from Sonoma plaza and had power, water and we loved the goat. However, it is also right next to the owner’s house and building materials laying around. It wasn’t as peaceful of an experience as we had hoped as a result.

If you don’t need sleep

Overall it was a great first time using Hip Camp. This location was easy and communication was great. However the rooster crowing throughout the night was not enjoyed and made for many sleepless nights.
