The property is just one and a half hours away from the White Mountains, which offer fishing and hiking in the summer and skiing in the winter. While camping on the property, you can expect to be in an off-grid environment, surrounded by deer, elk, antelope, and other critters. You'll have the run of 20 acres with access to well water. Please note that you will be 14 miles off a paved road, which can become inaccessible in rain and snow, so be prepared to stay until the road dries out or conditions improve.
