2 nights at Mesquite Haven
Me and my boyfriend had an amazing time visiting Mesquite Haven. We’re not even 2 hours away so we decided to give it a go and it wasn’t a disappointment. We stayed in the Tombstone Rose, it was cozy, spacious, clean & already had a heater inside, which they’ll show you how to use. They also will provide a Jackery for charging & to plug in the lights that are in there. Jennifer a Dave are very nice, chill & welcoming if you need anything all you gotta do is ask and they’ll come see what’s up. Right when you arrive Jennifer will be outside to show you everything, where to park, the restroom area, where to go look and explore literally everything. Then like I said earlier they are very nice people you can talk to them, it was nice getting to know them. Lastly they are pet friendly. Our dog did cause a little problem but we just contacted them right away and they came over to see what the situation was, they didn’t make us feel bad or anything because accidents do happen. Just be straight up with them and they will be with you too. So yeah I highly recommend coming here for a visit. Can’t wait to come again.

Awesome place! The sites felt secluded and the land felt it was way out from civilization though just a short drive. Beautiful views, starry night skies, real isolation, and able to wake up Monday and make it to work in under 45 min…perfect! I’ll be back multiple times during my work contract in the area

We really enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle. The only side note is the bushes along the road coming into the site are a bit over grown so it's really tight driving in if you don't want to scratch your vehicle or camper and the road is pretty bumpy but still very worth the seclusion.

Clifford was great. We arrived after some heavy rain, so there was a bit of mud on the drive in that Clifford warned us about beforehand, but didn’t have a problem with it even in the Class C RV. Quiet place, nice view.

2 nights at Rancho Relaxo
We loved our stay in the camper. The camper was super cozy and comfortable and had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. The property is well maintained and it’s nice to walk around. We loved the outdoor bathroom! The hosts were kind and helpful and the property was safe and secure. The proximity to Saguaro National Park is super ideal. 10/10 would stay again.

This place is a gem. Nani is very welcoming, the land and stars are beautiful, and her "treehouse" was available and cozy on a cold night. The main road driving in is well-graded dirt/clay. Just watch out for cows. Don't be in any rush, chat with Nani, learn about the place and respect the spot 🫶 Can't wait to come back in the future :)

We loved staying at Paula’s and look forward to another stay. She is a very gracious host and both of her sites are well maintained and private. The star gazing is amazing! We totally disagree with any negative reviews and can’t wait to return!

The surroundings are surreally beautiful and the site is gated so we felt very secure.
There has been slight issue with electricity hookup because the opening at the box is too small for our plug, but the host is very responsive and offered converter. Overall would recommend

What a lovely location! We reserved the RV spot and it was perfect! It’s set quite a ways in from the main dirt road and beautifully situated with hills nearby. We truly felt like we were in the middle of the desert with no one around. There is a generous fire pit with a gorgeous Saguaro nearby. We remarked how the fire pit is in the perfect spot relative to the site in that the smoke naturally drifts away from the site. Having a trash can available was a huge perk. We usually have to hassle with containing our trash in our Trasheroo. It’s amazing how something as simple as a trash can can make a world of difference. We promptly realized we needed to extend our reservation from 2 days to 3. We hope to return and highly recommend!

If you're looking for a quiet and spacious campsite, look no further! Clifford is an amazing host and has a wonderful camp store filled with anything you may need while roughing it. You can also enjoy going on hikes and afternoon campfires while reveling in star gazing without light pollution. Also, there's a party in the potty, but I'll let you discover that when you get here!

I stayed at Site #1 and was immediately impressed by how thoughtfully everything was set up. The space is huge with wide-open views, and the little details—like the soft nighttime lighting—make it feel both beautiful and functional after dark. It’s just bright enough to see without taking away from the calm, peaceful vibe.
Even though I never met the host in person, he was absolutely amazing. We texted back and forth quite a bit, and when I ran into an issue with my 30-amp plug, he walked offered to let me come up to his property to use his own plug adapter. That level of support really meant a lot.
I highly, highly recommend this place. It’s quiet, calming, and incredibly relaxing—exactly what I needed.
