Reserve early if you want in!!!
I can testify to Michael's comment. Bring your own water.
Another great campground in Yosemite, the sites are relatively close together. We were lucky enough to snag a spot on a Friday in August (we got there early in the morning). The temperatures are drastically cooler than down in Yosemite Valley!
Basically, you should bring your own water. You can filter from a creek with poor water quality.
