Right on the interstate, but down a dead end road, so fairly secluded. Safe, but not difficult to get to from interstate without having to drive through neighborhoods etc. Convenient bike trail so can get to airport or downtown for college world series but also a few blocks from the river for boating. 110 v extension cord from house for camp lighting, but not enough amperage for large a/c units (30A +). Possible rental of bike, kayak, SUP. Parking available anywhere on the property (driveway, area abutting road, on grass by trash cans or field). Hose and extension cord available if needed.Trying to offset my monthly bills by posting this so, deal can be made for water. Electricity etc, depending upon needs. . Depending upon draught status, can start fire.
