    We purchased our acreage in 2016 from extreme hoarders. Somehow we were able to look beyond all the junk, inside and out, and see the potential of this property. We have been fixing it up mostly on our own and it's still not perfect but we are proud of all the work and progress we’ve made so far! The front part of our property is where we have our our house and garden area. Help yourself to a few garden goods. You will also find our shop building in which we operate our turf sale and installation business. We also have chickens that live near our house and they are free range. If you believe your pet(s) may hurt them, please keep an eye on your pet(s) and leash them if necessary. On the back of our property is where you will find all our Hipcamp sites. There is a swimming and fishing pond with lots of fish, frogs and other water creatures, all safe to swim with. We are on migration path of many birds you may encounter during your stay, like; blue heron, cranes and ducks. During the warm months help yourself to the beach toys, paddle board, kayak and paddle boat. We simply ask you care for them like you would your own. Relax on any of the hammocks throughout our property. There is also a large playground area close to our house. Your kids are welcome to play on!Site 1 is located on the pond and it has electrical + water hookup. No sewer hookup at the site. A dump station is located next to our grey and blue shop building. Guests may also use our flush toilet inside our blue and grey shop - open 24/7. There's also an outhouse closer to the site, in the wooded area near the beach. Please bring a flashlight for night time use. NOTE: it is a short downhill slope to access the grassy area directly behind your site. We aim to have steps for easy and more safe access summer of 2025. Park anywhere but please allow enough room for other vehicles to pass around the pond road as needed.

    Great Camp

    Princess B was a great host. The property was beutiful. She made us feel right at home and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this Hipcamp. The farm raised eggs made for a great breakfast.

    Better than advertised. A great spot, super easy to get to off the highway yet far enough as to be quiet and peaceful. Only noise was the wildlife and an occasional, distant train horn. Well maintained and well designed. I would have booked for the return trip but it was already full. Great communication from the host.

    Perfect getaway to celebrate

    Wanna say thank you to Travis and princess for the special accommodations they gave us for the weekend. Great location. Great site 1. They offered perfect shower and restroom. Nice solo fire. Great recommendations to cafe and a delicious BBQ 2 mins away. Must eat. 40 minutes away from downtown Omaha. Close to retailers 15 minutes. I will be returning next year for college baseball world series events.

    Love the privacy

    We loved the privacy of the site..dense trees between sites. Site 3 has a hammock and a fire pit, with an outdoor shower at the end of the site. Princess was there to greet us and give recommendations about enjoying our visit. On this hot day, a swim in the pond, and on the paddle board was a relief. Then in town for dinner was a great finish to our stay. Would definitely return here for a longer stay in the future.

    Site #3 is adorable—parked our Sprinter on gravel tucked into some trees, with the remainder of the site down a few steps with hammock, solo stove, nice table and a portable outdoor shower which we didn’t use. ( didn’t appear to be connected to it’s propane supply). There was a pond in front of us with very pretty wildflowers on the far bank. But the view was a little rough beyond that. Some sort of industrial operation— kinda messy

    We just spent a week in this special spot. The hosts are dedicated to providing a private, quiet camping experience that has so many personal touches & extras. Solo stove & firewood ready to use, pond for kayaking, paddle boating, fishing all available for guests to enjoy. Super quick to respond to any questions & truly want to make their guests feel welcome and at home. We highly recommend this hipcamp location!
