We love this little spot. Very simple, but good location to sugarloaf and Sunday River. Super super warm inside!

The cabin was inviting, and everything was almost perfect. Bring extra water and power source. We want to come back to this gem.

A good deal for the cabin site
Not far from the western mountains and the college town of Farmington, and a good location for travelers on Rte. 2. Non-potable water provided for washing, plus a solar shower bag (which might be OK in the summer) but the solar lights did not work in November so the thoughtful host(s) left portable lanterns and a flashlight. A well-designed and constructed little building, if not luxurious, with a wood stove that's good for low temperatures. I hope to stop there again.

Quiet and relaxing 😌
I have been to this place a few times and every time it's almost like returning home. It's always so welcoming. J is always right on top of things . If your looking for quiet little peace of happiness to escape then this is the place for you!

This was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. I was welcomed with a warm fire and the setting was remarkable. I enjoyed the peacefulness of the land and the coziness of the container. I highly recommend this spot to anyone
