You have a private deck at the edge of the ridge to enjoy the view. This site can accommodate any RV size and has full water and electric hook up available. It also has ample flat spots for any tent type or multiple tents. - 10 minutes from bustling downtown Durango - 20 minutes from Lemon Reservoir - 25 minutes from Vallecito Reservoir - 35 minutes from Purgatory Resort - 1 hr from Molas and Little Molas Lakes - 1 hour 10 min from SilvertonTake a left as soon as you pull in and you'll find yourself on a flat surface with a breathtaking mountain view. Chris had a cool spot within 15 mins of town. It had great views and was on the way to Lemon Lake and Vallecito. Both were stunning this time a year. The water and electrical were critical as we left our dog in the camper when needed. The viewing deck is a great touch and the neighborhood was pretty quite.
