Our property is Learn more about this land: Park your RV at our place on your travels, we are 5 min off the interstate! Dirt road is great for walking, some parts of the year people pass through for birding. Some people come to check out the area to potentially move to the area and some only come for the winters. We also have a short little nature trail that we made ourselves.  We are 30 minutes south of Tucson, 25 minute drive away from Madera Canyon/Coronado National Forest for some great hiking and bird watching! No light pollution so you can see the stars good at night.  Remember the term sky island. Here in southeastern Arizona and southwestern New Mexico, mountains seemingly come out of nowhere to dominate an otherwise flat landscape. Discover the five distinct areas of this national forest, all of which have their own sky islands. Start your wanderings at Sabino Canyon. Steep rock cliffs and unique desert vegetation follow Sabino Creek, which maintains water year-round. Keep a sharp eye out for desert wildlife adapted for high heat and low humidity. Gila monsters may sun themselves on rocks, while bobcats sip from the creek's water. Discover Miller Peak, the highest peak in the Huachuca Mountains. Wilderness surrounding the area comprises vertical cliffs and deep canyons. Follow an 11.5-mile, moderately hard trail to the top of the mountain. The mountain rises 3,500 feet above the countryside Pets are allowed. Please make sure you pick up after them.Park your RV at our place on your travels, we are 5 min off the interstate! Just a level spot o land, nice host
25 ft campervan · With pets
The ground was mostly dirt and dust, which isn't great if it rains. But it was fairly level. We weren't given a street address, just GPS coirdinates, so weren't initially sure we had found the correct place. Owner was quick to respond to questions. They have a wall at property border with 2 entries, the first has an arch (and a nearby flagpole(, the second doesn't. Dirt road to this place is in OK shape. We took it pretty slow. One bit of the road is pretty steep. Owner has large dogs. The one we met is friendly. We were offered well water.

Nikki was a terrific host. Very responsive and responsible. We were visiting folks near Tucson so came back to sleep. Water, electricity all good. Wonderfully quiet. It was hot of course in May with very dry dirt underfoot but hey, that’s Arizona.

Had a great overnight on Nikki's land. Beautiful views, very quiet. Nikki was very responsive and gave great directions. She greeted me and showed me where to park and offered any assistance I might need and then let me alone. Perfect.
