With the main house built in 1860 this property has seen many uses such as a farm, retail Christmas store, church, rental cabins, and a gravel quarry among other things. I now try to keep the back acreage by the brook and pond as natural as possible for habitat, as well as you the campers! Privacy moments away from town
22 ft travel trailer · Group trip
We thoroughly enjoyed our short time here, very private, quiet and tranquil. It was my first time in Vermont and definitely not my last. The views and hiking trails will for sure call us back next year, hopefully we can time the foliage a little better, but the views did not disappoint. Gus and his son were super helpful, and the property was beautiful. Thanks!!

Beautiful site and area!
25 ft travel trailer
Gus was a great host and the site was beautiful, we could not keep the kids off the dock as they were catching fish all day long. Short trip to town and beautiful scenic views everywhere. I would definitely stay here again.

15 ft campervan · Group trip
This pond side camp is conveniently located in southern VT. It's a private, spacious, grass covered level site with views. We noticed a bit of road noise early in the evening but not enough to keep us awake. Definitely worth returning!
