Join us at our Organic Garden. We are a busy organic veggie farm nestled in the Upper Rollands Plains Valley. Surrounded by forest, with large dams (great for swimming), plenty of wildlife and horses in the paddock.  We offer paid garden tours and the opportunity to harvest fresh organic veggies for your dinner, or maybe you want to work in the garden with our team for your dinner, learning new skills as you go! Set up in The Grove or amongst The Pecans and enjoy the quiet. Shady pockets and sunny rows, a fireplace with wood and plenty of space! Just a short walk to the toilet and shower and a short drive to our favourite swimming hole in the river which has shallow areas for the kids and a bridge to jump off for the adventurous. Just the break you are needing! Campfires permitted in designated fire places only. Please note, we are an alcohol and drug-free property. Things to do on the farm: *relax around a fire *take a tour in our garden *go for a bush walk on one of our tracks *bring your canoes or kayaks and use them in our dam or the river *go for a swim in our dam - we are happy to share our surfboards & noodles *bring your binoculars and enjoy the birdlife *bring your bikes and ride our bush tracks *4WD up our back hill to the top ridge - rough unkept track Things to do near by: *go for a swim in our near by swimming holes *take a picnic and discover Wilson River Reserve and it's amazing waterfalls *just down the road you will find Chef2Farmer a regenerative farm with pigs, beef & chooks - book a tour *take a 4WD adventure into the surrounding state forest *4WD your way into the Kippara water hole complete with a rope swing and cliffs to jump off *bike ride through the many state forest tracks Attractions in our near by towns of Port Macquarie or Wauchope: *Beautiful beaches *Delicious Blue Cow Gelato *Stoney Aqua Park & Stoney Action Park https://www.stoneypark.com.au/ *Timbertown https://timbertown.com.au/ *Wild Nets https://wildnets.com.au/ *Centre of Gravity https://www.centreofgravity.com.au/ *Wavebowl https://wavebowl.com.au/ *Driving Rang & Mini Golf http://www.portmacquariegolfrange.com.au/ *Hydro Golf https://www.hydrogolf.com.au/ *Mid North Coast Paintball https://midnorthcoastpaintball.com.au *Camel Safaris https://www.portmacquariecamels.com.au/ *Bago Maze & Wine https://www.bago.com.au/ *Whale Watching https://portjet.com.au/whales-and-dolphins.html *Richardoes Tomatoes & Strawberries Pick Your Own https://www.ricardoes.com/ *Billabong Zoo https://www.billabongzoo.com.au/ *Koala Hospital https://koalahospital.org.au/ *The Real Food Market, other markets & events https://www.portmacquarieinfo.com.au/whats-on *Hello Koala Sculpture Trail https://www.hellokoalas.com/ *Surf School https://portmacquariesurfschool.com.au/ *Sea Acres Rainforest Centre https://www.nationalparks.nsw.gov.au/visit-a-park/parks/sea-acres-national-park *Mountain Bike Trails https://www.trailforks.com/region/port-macquarie-12330/ *Fishing *Surfing

The campsite offers a peaceful retreat with stunning mountain views and a friendly atmosphere. Guests often praise the cleanliness of the amenities and the warm hospitality of the hosts. While there are occasional mentions of the inconvenience of packing up for a swim at a nearby public swimming hole, the overall sentiment is positive. Campers appreciate the privacy, spacious sites, and the chance to enjoy a serene environment with abundant wildlife.

A peaceful stay

The owners were incredible, quickly processed a refund for us when we had to leave early for a family emergency. The mountain views were very peaceful. Lots of chirping birds and was a delight to wake up to. The river/swimming hole was absolutely delightful, although if you’re like us and have a rooftop tent, it was a little annoying having to pack up camp each time you wanted to go as it is a public swimming hole, and about a 5 minute drive out of the campsite. But would definitely go back as it’s a great location! 🌈☀️

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at Desley’s property. The campsites were well shaded and fairly flat. The amenities were great and she was very helpful in our communication. Thanks so much!

Overall the site was fine, would be a good spot if your travelling that way as its a bit of a drive from the main M1 freeway. Probably not worth the $65 if you have your own facilities as the place didn’t seem to offer much more.

Welcoming and relaxing

We loved our stay. We camped with our dogs, sat around the fire every night and enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. There are only 2 camping spots in the farm so it never gets crowded or noisy. Wendy the caretaker was lovely and very welcoming!

Magical Place
19 ft travel trailer ·
What a beautiful place. The caretaker, Wendy was lovely and very helpful. The camping spot was nice and big. A very big positive is the clean toilet and showers with a clean hand towel provided every day. A swim in the dam was amazing and a stroll through the amazing organic garden is a must! All campers were very respectful and clean up after themselves. The beautiful Simba (Sim) the dog, is just too happy to say hello every day and have a play with the other dogs. I would highly recommend this destination. Desley is lovely and very happy to share the ins and outs of the farm.
