Pipin is the star of the show, my son loved playing with Pipin.
Fresh fruit in the orchards, I added apples to my dinner and had blackberries right off the bush after dinner and for breakfast the next day.
The camp kitchen is great and very well stocked.
It's cold at night, we visited in early august 2024 and were happy to find extra blankets in the foot Locker inside the tent.
Jennifer is a great host, she greeted us, showed us around and then left us alone.
Shower is finicky, I got the heater to light, but it wouldn’t stay lit. Jennifer offered to show me how it operated the next day when we were checking out.
Stop by Anderson Valley Brewing Company for a growler fill, or at one of the numerous wineries for a bottle on your way in.
We did not have a chance to shop at the general store, but it's easily walkable from the property.
If you are coming to camp Navarro and want an extra night before or after, this is a great option.
Insight to share.
The parking is adjacent to the spot, but there is a fence with a gate. My setup was for a three week road trip and I needed to unpack a lot and repack in the AM. Not a negative, just something to be aware of.
The bed is an air bed, an extremely comfortable one, but not an actual bed.
