Yurt is paused for rentals as we await a new roof! Only the Cabin available for now. Welcome to 28 acres of forests, mountains, creeks, a river and all that comes with it! We live in a little off-grid cabin deep in the Yalakom Valley in a small community of rustic-living and friendly folks. Please note that this property is located 40 km outside of Lillooet. Part of the road is a dirt road and a bit bumpy, best for cars that don't mind roughing it a little bit. You also lose service 5 minutes outside of Lillooet. The property is surrounded by private lots. You can explore ours down to the river or you can drive to other locations like the Horsehoe (a great swim spot), Carpenter Lake (great for swimming, too), Lac La Mere (good for fishing), Carol Lake, and much more. This is a somewhat rustic and rugged spot- if you are looking for fancy glamping this is not the space for you! Vancouverites, you've been warned!

10 acres of untouched beauty! Extremely private with 100’s of acres of crown land on one side & a neighbour with 10 acres on the other. The lake is Caribbean blueish green & clear as glass. There are miles of trails to hike, 4x4, wild forage, or hunt in season. There are a couple other lakes nearby as well as the Fraser River & the Big Bar Ferry. Highly recommend!! One of our favourites is the Jesmond Fire Lookout. It requires a 4x4 vehicle or physical ability to complete a couple hour hike! We are a bit biased but our place is a very special one of a kind spot!

Situated on a mountain plateau overlooking beautiful Anderson Lake there is a rugged beauty to this land. Through a quirk of geography, our land is remote and wild while only being a 3 hour drive from Vancouver. Located at the beginning of the Highline Road popular with adventure seekers, this property is about a 10 minute drive from the Anderson Lake boat launch in D'Arcy. The lake is a fisherman's dream known for its rainbow and bull trout. Paddle boarding, hiking, biking, and motorized sports are among the activities enjoyed in the area. Upon ascending the initial gravel road climb, you will be greeted with fantastic mountain and lake views. Pines, cedars, firs, birch, and aspen make up the forest cover while junipers and wildflowers find their home in the clearings between the trees. Hot during the day and cool at night, the views truly glow just before sunset and then again as the moon rises to cast pale shadows on a land free from light pollution. The property is still under development, so please excuse the mess as we build out our off-grid spa and amenity spaces. Currently we only offer a compost toilet, but stay tuned for a further refined experience that will include access to water, showers, 6 person hammocks, and trails. At this time we do not allow fires due to local fire ban, but CSA approved propane fire pits will soon be available for rent.

Do not use google maps to find our place - it can be very confusing. Google maps may show coming to our property from Savona but the easiest drive is from Kamloops. Please use the directions that get emailed to you just before your stay. To get here head to the Kamloops airport then follow Tranquille Criss Creek Road. We do not recommend traveling this road in the dark if you are not familiar with it! Wonderfully private! Come give our land some love as it recovers from the 2021 Sparks Lake forest fire. Acres and acres to hike, mountain bike and snowshoe. Surrounded by crown land there is no lack of space to explore and easy access to forest service roads to quad and bike. Many lakes near by for fishing and kayaking. Wildlife galore! There are wild flowers and plants so come forage and explore. Disconnect from the busyness of city life! Coming soon - guided hikes, foraging and information about local medicinal plants and a soon to be Apothecary on site! Detailed directions available after booking!

Still North

12. Still North

51km from Lillooet · 1 site · Lodging
Still North is a rustic cabin rich with history quietly rooted in the heart of Clinton British Columbia. This is a soulful, simple lodging-fully equipped but with a few unfinished edges like a story still being written. The cabin includes a gas stove , cozy fireplace, electricity, and water. A Sami dump station is available for RV guests. Beside the cabin is a large mostly undeveloped garden. There is room for one RV as well as up to two tent sites each with access to electricity and water. Whether you choose to stay in the cabin or camp under the stars, you’ll feel the quiet pull of this land - worn- in , welcoming and unpretentious.

RV camping at Helmers Organic Farm offers a unique experience, combining rustic farm life with modern comforts for independent RV campers. Set in the beautiful Pemberton Valley, the farm is family-owned and operates using organic and biodynamic practices, producing a variety of premium certified organic potatoes alongside seasonal vegetables. Campers can enjoy peaceful rural surroundings with opportunities to immerse themselves in the rhythms of sustainable farming. The campground supports RVs with spacious grass-level sites and ample parking, accommodating large rigs and slide-outs comfortably. This site has no services and is intended as a place to camp for the night with a great view. There are no bathrooms, so campers must have an RV with a toilet installed. The environment is tranquil and nature-rich, perfect for relaxation or a creative retreat. Campers at Helmers Organic Farm enjoy a peaceful rural setting and organic farming experience with the added benefit of being close to an acclaimed local destination: The Beer Farmers brewery. Just minutes away, The Beer Farmers offers craft brews made from barley and hops grown on their own historic family farm, with a scenic outdoor patio and food trucks serving regional specialties. Wild Farm with Mountain Views Camp with Bambi! Wildlife viewings including bears, moose, deer, geese, ducks, hummingbirds, warblers, finches and wolves. Big open 360 degree mountain views. Bright stars and open field where you can tuck into the treed edge next to the deers! The moonlight can be as bright as daytime and the stars are quite a sight. The RV sites are for RV's that are self-sufficient without the need for electricity nor water in or out (no dumping and there is no running water nor an outhouse at RV sites). RV's will be parking on grass and the site REQUIRES LEVELLING. We can accommodate vehicles up to 39ft in length. Have your choice of bringing your own tent or using ours! New Glamping Dome Tents with Queen Sized Beds, table and chairs and hammocks including a covered counter for cooking . Unplug and Unwind to the sound of breeze through the trees and romantically flowing water from the nearby creek. There is no cell service or electromagnetic disruption here which makes for a beautiful peaceful mountain retreat. Bring your telescope for the opportunity to see clear, off the grid skies and epic star viewing for the astronomer in you. The bookings are quite private and there is a lot of space between sites. If one of the Dome tents is booked, I block off the other so you'll be the only ones on the whole gravel pad area. There are trees and visual space blocking anyones' view between sites Birkenhead Lake Provincial Park is walkable from our farm and there you can hike, fish, swim, paddle, and more! The road is a gravel road in winter would require 4x4. Otherwise we've seen many EVO cars (Prius Hybrid or fully electric Kia Niro) and even fancy Teslas and BMW sedan's on this road.
