Our Beautiful Bell tent is set at the rear of our private property, over looking nothing but beautiful Bushland and Trees. Kangaroos, rabbits, Kookaburras and more all enjoy the sun and peaceful surrounding. There is a private use Spa, to watch the perfect west coast sunset from. This is a quiet space, not suitable for groups, Sorry No Children or Animals. The property is home to 2 dogs, very friendly, But they will say hello and Amber will bring you her balls and want to play. If you do not like dogs this would not be a suitable place to stay. * Strictly No Smoking on the Property at any time* * No Open Fires allowed at any time of year* * No Vaping inside the Bell tent* Kindly note, This is not a campsite, this is a private property, it is a peaceful and calm property. Sunset Camp with Spa
Not Glamping but an Ok Set-Up.
Not glamping but the set up is ok. Would say it was a little bit nicer than normal camping. Be prepared to bring a lot of your own things (towels, fridge/esky, cooking equipment, fan). Think a spacious tent with an actual bed but the usual type facilities you’d expect when camping. Eg. port-a-loo, cold shower (that’s not very private) and a “kitchen” with no light (a shed with a few things in it). Tent itself is nice with a comfy queen bed and lots of room to move around. The fridge died throughout our stay and luckily we bought our own to keep our food cold. The shower was freezing and my partner had to hold the shower head for me and vice versa as it’s not attached to the wall properly. Very open and showered in bathers. The kitchen was a shed with no light, a microwave, sandwich press and a bucket to wash up. A few amenities listed were not provided (eg. oil and basic seasonings). The spa was very cold with no instructions on how to use it. Definitely need a how to guide next to that if you’re going to charge people extra for it please ensure it’s warm. Overall was an ok experience but listing as glamping is misleading. Name change to something like “Camping in a spacious tent with queen bed” would be better. With a few upgrades/spend a touch more money it could be a cool set up. Just needs fine tuning ☺️ thanks for having us.

Sunset View, Power Water (no tents)
Great location for Mandurah area
Nice to have a single site, means very quiet nights. Some trees need trimming back for access track in as it is too low and narrow. Lots of Roos and Rabbits around. Site is basically sand as the hot summer has dried up any grass but that didn't bother us. Would recommend 4WD as 2WD may getted bogged on sandy track. Power is via an ampfibian so limited to 10amps and water is via a garden hose over the fence.

Bell Tent - Power - Water
My partner and I really enjoyed our 2-night glamping stay! Helen was a lovely and approachable host who was also very helpful. Her horses and dogs were so kind as well! The tent had everything we needed, and it was incredibly peaceful. Would recommend.

Bell Tent - Power - Water
The tent was well-equipped, clean, and situated in a picturesque location. The hosts were accommodating, and the added amenities made our stay memorable. Would definitely book again!

Single Traveller micro stay
Place was super comfy, easy to find. Bathroom was behind the tent which confused me when I had to pee in the middle of the night but my bad. Please enjoy it if you’re not afraid of a little cold water (recommend bathers and thongs), happy to stay here again :)
