    Adjacent to over 20,000 acres of Virgina State Forest, our private 320 acre property is a great escape from nearby Richmond. Little Bear Creek runs through the property that is made up of pines and mixed hardwood trees. The Willis Trail runs along the border of our property and will connect you to miles of state maintained trails that will lead up to Bear Creek Lake.320 acres of private forest land with Little Bear Creek running through the property. Mix of pines, hardwoods and open spaces for you to explore.
