20 acres of farming land, originally an old dairy farm now just set up as a hobby farm for our young family to enjoy. Plenty of animals with cows, horses, dogs, chickens and the cat. The property is also visited by lots of different bird species a koala here and there and some resident possums. Surrounded by farming land meaning no close neighbors and plenty of space to spread out. Just 10mins to the edge of town, 15mins to town centre and 7min to Premier Speedway for the racing enthusiasts. With plenty to do in Warrnambool and surrounds it’s a great location to set up base while you explore, particularly if your after some space and quiet or have a furry companion. If your are traveling with a bigger group please let us know as we can accommodate for more than just the published sites.

Grass Site 2

Really nice place to stay and convenient for the Great Ocean Road. The site is quite small and quiet, there was only one other guest when we were there. It was lovely watching the cows in the field next door as the sun went down. Definitely recommend this place for a quick stopover.

Grass Site

Easy pitches, nice view. The main road is about 500m away, noise not a problem but be mindful with kids/animals. Does the trick, and Panmure has a cool water hole to swim in.

Convenient and lovely farm stay

I really enjoyed my stay at Verity's lovely rural property. There were views of the horses on one side and a beautiful grass paddock on the other! It is so convenient to Warrnambool as well, taking only 15 minutes to the city centre, and about 10 minutes to Cole's and Woolies. Warrnambool and surrounds has lots on offer to see and do. Verity's property is a perfect spot to stay as well if you plan to start or finish the Great Ocean Road. The GOR is only a few kilometres down the road! Verity was great with communication, quick to respond to messages and very accommodating. If I ever find myself in this area again, I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks so much!
