Features: Private Campsite: Enjoy a secluded spot with the soothing sounds of the brook nearby, surrounded by the beauty of Vermont’s woods. You may also sleep inside the shed as it has a futon couch, fan and sleeping loft. Electricity: A convenient shed equipped with electricity allows for easy charging of devices and use of small appliances. Greenhouse Access: For garden lovers, access to a greenhouse is available, providing a space to have a dinner outside away from the bugs, cooler provided. Shared Bathroom: Guests have access to a shared bathroom located in the main house. This facility can be used for an additional fee, ensuring comfort during your stay. Also an option to bathe in the brook and use the woods, across the woods is national forest - privacy for you and a shovel! Whether you’re looking to unwind, explore, or simply enjoy the beauty of the outdoors, our campsite offers the perfect getaway. Book now and immerse yourself in the tranquility of Vermont’s natural landscape.There is a platform by the brook that can hold one small tent, you can also set up a tent outside the shed or sleep in the shed itself. You will have access to the entire backyard, it may be shared with the owners who live on site *if we are around. The land abuts the Vermont national forest, you can cross the brook and adventure into the woods up or down the brook, there are no cleared trails accessible from the property but there are many hiking trails close by. The backyard has a large fire pit of your use, a trampoline for adults & kiddos, a small zipline across the brook for little ones to enjoy and space to set up hammocks. The shed is equipped with electricity and has a fan and hot water pot. The shed has a futon couch in it with space for two to sit or sleep, one blanket provided. The loft in the shed can also be used for smaller people to sleep- test it out first to see if your weight is not too much. The greenhouse next to the shed you may use for eating dinner outside on the table with 4 chairs, a foosball game with a cooler also there for your enjoyment. There is a small charcoal grill available for your use as well as lawn chairs & an outdoor bar.
