Welcome to the fresh Tassie country air. Our property is located south of Hobart, with open green paddocks surrounded by rolling hills and woodland. We have lots of wallabies and possums, and if you're lucky you'll get to see the local platypus in the creek. Close to the Longley Hotel which serves meals and has regular live music. 1.5km to Sandfly General Store. 10 minutes drive to a dump point. Welcome to the fresh Tassie country air. Our property is located south of Hobart, with open green paddocks surrounded by rolling hills and woodland.  This campsite suits self-contained campers who bring their own camping toilet/shower. There is a steep drive down to the paddock, 4WD is best but have had 2WD vehicles in and out when it is dry. One single party booking at a time, keep it all to yourself and share with a group of friends/travellers.  Our paddock is skirted by a flowing creek which you can draw water from and is in a rural area. We have lots of wallabies and possums, and if you're lucky you'll get to see the local platypus! We have many sites but take only one party at a time so it is all yours! One party includes a group of people camping/travelling together and allows for multiple vans and tents. We are flexible on numbers and length of stay (including a discount for a long stay). Get in touch if you would like to discuss!  You can choose any area on the paddock to set up - in the past campers have chosen a site that gives them complete privacy.  Fire-pot provided, barrow of firewood available to purchase as an extra.  Ideally situated between Hobart and the Huon Valley. We are Close to the Longley Hotel which serves meals and has regular live music. 1.5km to Sandfly General Store. 10 minutes drive to a dump point.  Please take your rubbish with you and be respectful of wildlife. Pets welcome.

Relaxing and private
My husband and I loved staying here. Jenni gave us a friendly greeting. The space was private and right by the creek! We loved it.

Tranquil spot
Great hosts and easy to deal with. The campsite is nestled in beside a creek which is very relaxing and private. Within easy reach of the Longley hotel, Mt Wellington and Hobart. Plenty of space if you have a larger group.

Blissful spot by the Creek
Great place to camp! Nice green grass! Beautiful 3 seasons Creek. Sheltered site tucked out of the wind. Tent pegs drive in nice and easy. Great bird life. Night time Wallaby's. Great for a group of family's or remote solo camping.

What a beautiful spot. So peaceful so beautiful. Our fur babies loved it. We will definitely be back bringing friends and family along to check it out.
