Good view of the river and quiet, in spite of being above the highway., and well taken care of. Would gladly stay again. (In case your GPS sends you on a wild goose chase, the driveway on the north side of the highway is directly opposite the Indian Creek sign, and just west of Vida.)

Great time!
Great location next to the water with beautiful views. Site was clean and secluded but definitely made more for trailer camping. We only had tents this time but the hookups, hose/water, picnic table with umbrella, and fireplace more than made up for it. Not to mention the killer bird show everyday because of all the awesome bird feeders around the site. Host Chris was super helpful and responsive. He even gave us a suggestion on place to play on the river. Only downsides were no shade and bugs overly attack during sundown that made it hard for cooking. However as mentioned, I do not believe these would have been an issue if we were in a trailer.

Beautiful river views.
Awesome place. A little sketchy driving up the hill but not as bad as I goofy. Host was great and the place was beautiful. Nice view of the river and a short walk down to the best fishing spot. I got 8 good sized rainbow trouts. Nice to have all the hook ups for our new trailer. Beautiful star gazing as well at night. Thank you for sharing your beautiful spot.

The host was so helpful when we took a wrong turn. It was a nice, private and quiet get away! It was also a plus he had all the hookups we needed for our van. Definitely would recommend!

Cool Spot!
Chris was so helpful! The steepness of the hill and back-in elements are more than fairly expressed in the description (they aren't that bad). I've been to many hosts that did not give you this type of disclaimer and Chris was kind enough to meet me and ensure a smooth check-in process. I got my 28ft toy hauler in no problem at all. The site has a beautiful view of the river and is centrally located to many cool outdoor adventures, with modern conveniences near by. I will say that you are very close to a semi-busy road, so you get the noise. However, the site is high up on the hill so you don't really see the traffic and they certainly can't see you. The site is thoughtfully set up with some nice add-ons and well cared for. The gate code is on the camp rules sign under a metal flap (along with the WiFi password). I missed this and locked myself in for a bit, but thankfully Chris is pretty responsive. The WiFi is good as well -- I normally use Starlink to work during the week, but I found that the camp WiFi was actually better.
