Tony's campsite by the Rogue River is a welcoming and scenic spot, offering beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. Campers consistently note the friendliness of the host, Tony, and appreciate the close proximity to the river, making it a relaxing place to unwind. While amenities like showers and laundry are available, there are set hours for usage, which some might find limiting. Wildlife sightings like seals and otters add to the natural charm of the location.
The site was clean and neat. The view of the river was beautiful. We were in site #1, and feel that is the best site of the four. We were the only campers for the one night we stayed, so it felt spacious. It definitely would have felt more cramped if there were campers in the site next to us.
Tony was such a great host! Super accommodating and helpful. He met us when we arrived to make sure we got setup comfortably and gave us some great suggestions of things in the area. Within walking distance of a restaurant, had shower, full hookups, and a dump site he allowed us to use. We saw seals and had a beautiful view of the river and the ocean in the distance. Would recommend and def will stay again when in town!
Quiet. Private. View space.
We only needed a night as we traveled and Tony's accommodation fit the need well!
Felt safe and there was nobody around so it was extremely private.
Gotta love a bathroom with a good shower too.
Clean gravel to park on, water and electric to hookup to.
Thanks Tony!
Great place, friendly host. Our experience was seem less. Beautiful location right on the river.tony greeted us and was very accommodating and welcoming. Will definitely be back.
We had an amazing stay at Tony’s gem of a spot! We only stayed one night with our RV and three kids, but it was truly memorable. The location is perfect—right on the water, where we enjoyed watching the seals and sea lions, which was such a treat for the kids. The neighbors were friendly, making the atmosphere even more pleasant. Tony’s hospitality was outstanding; he went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed(the washer and dryer was a huge plus). We highly recommend this place and would love to return for a longer stay!
