This campsite offers a serene and scenic escape with clean facilities and friendly hosts. Campers appreciate the full hookups and spacious sites with beautiful lake and mountain views, although some mention the need for more shade and wider roads. Dogs have plenty of space to roam, and guests enjoy the off-leash access to the Corps of Engineers' shoreline. While some guests noted close campsites, the overall experience is positive with excellent amenities and a relaxing atmosphere.

Being so close to the water was pretty amazing, the camp was clean and quiet and exactly what I was looking for in a no frills experience. Having the one site restrooms (that were very clean) was a plus! Will be back in the future.

Fantastic spot. I’m a female solo traveler and I felt safe and the directions to the site were very clear. Hosts are quick to respond. The bathrooms & showers were very clean and well looked after. The view of the lake with the moon rise was stunning! 10/10 would recommend.

Peaceful and Refreshing

I instantly fell in love with this place. Lush, green grass. Beautiful lake views. Surrounding hills and forests. Big open skies. And full RV hookups??! Needless to say, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It was great to go swimming in the lake on the super hot days. My only complaint is that the other guests would take their dog off leash down to the swimming hole and not pick up the droppings.
