In the Byron Bay Hinterland, 20 minutes from the beach & Byron, wake up ON TOP OF A JUNGLE MOUNTAIN RAINFOREST HIDEAWAY to the sunrise; views over the valley; the Pacific Ocean in the comfort of the Bay Room in the Den. Remember this is a wilderness experience and NOT the place to base yourself for a bit of social galavanting in town. This is a very unique and the ultimate mountain top jungle fantasy! Treehouse in the Pocket, Kinabalu Farm Our home, Kinabalu (Farm), is managed as Private Conservation Park and income I earn from this help us look after this very special place not to mention repair & regenerate the Gondwana rainforest here at Kinabalu. We want to share this with you. Please read ALL the listing details. Dramatic views and giant forests. On the far East coast of Australia where the mountains come close to the sea, you will experience the wild and beautiful. We define ourselves as a private conservation park and we love these mountain forests and would love to share this special place with you. Please remember to do your shopping before you arrive! The property is 4x4 access only. If need be transport is complementary on arrival and departure to and from the entrance Carpark by arrangement. All other lifts may incur a charge of $30 #TravellerReviewAwards2021 #Greengetaways 2023

Robin was a wonderful host, incredibly attentive and always happy to lend a hand. The place was very thoughtfully prepared with fruit, fresh OJ, milk and eggs amongst other essentials. An incredibly serene few days! Will definitely be back. Thank you!

Robin and Jackie were great hosts, good communication and the pod was awesome. We had two dogs and a toddler and they were very accommodating, Fun drive in too.

Really awesome little spot up in the forest! Great view down to the ocean. Fun 4wd track to get there, and a good walk down to a very cosy waterfall and swimming hole.
