It features a carefully curated 2.5-hectare garden with a large pond and fountain and offers an unforgettable experience for those seeking the ultimate outdoor experience or a gardeners getaway. Meander through the orchard or take the time to check the eggs and feed the chooks. The 40 acre property is very private and secluded from the hustle and bustle of town, fully encased by the mehi river and nestled amongst wheat fields and grassed paddocks. Tarrawingee Farm is located just 10 minutes from town, a great home base to unhitch the van and explore all that Moree has to offer. A quick trip to the local hot artesian baths will have you feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. Tarrawingee Farm offers multiple camp sites for tents and vans with powered sites available. Kangaroos, possums, native birds and an array of parrots frequent the property. Take the opportunity to unplug with limited phone service. Purpose built luxury toilet facilities are on-site however there are no shower facilities available. Campfires are permitted in fire-pits provided. Fishing is permitted on-site, please ensure all bait, hooks and lines are accounted for and disposed of appropriately to help protect our animals. A catering shed with BBQ facilities is available for serperate booking on-site. The perfect place to catch up with old friends around the fire pit. Guests from town are welcome to visit you here for an additional $10 per head. Tarrawingee farm is home to our 13 year old cattle dog "Macka" and his kelpie offsider "Ollie" both dogs are friendly and will occasionally join you to sit by the fire. With this in mind socialised pets are welcome, but must be tied up or caged at night.

Stayed at Tarrawingee Farm last night and was very impressed with this peaceful Hipcamp. The property is as described by Casey with a beautiful large garden where the powered site is situated with a new luxurious toilet block. There is a large grassed area by the river which is magic spot for campers who don’t require power. Tarrawingee Farm is very private and is equally the quietest place we have ever stayed at. Casey our host was very helpful, the dogs very friendly, and we highly recommend this Hipcamp.
