This campsite offers a peaceful getaway with its quiet, serene location and stunning views of the surrounding hills and creeks. Many campers appreciate the proximity to nature, with opportunities for bird watching and exploring nearby mountain bike trails. While most reviews are positive, some guests noted the long grass and limited facilities, such as the single port-a-loo and picnic table. The camp is conveniently close to highways, making it an ideal stopover spot, though it's best suited for those prepared for a more rustic experience.

Beautiful creek camping

Lovely little creek if you can camp close to it. We got a lovely spot right under the trees. The space was quite hilly and open with little shade if that’s something you need.

Beautiful spot! Nice and secluded with plenty of room. Perfect for a stop over or a place to set up and explore the surrounding area. 15 minutes from Sawtell surf beach as well which was awesome.

Beautiful grass area for camping next to a creek. Amazing mountain view in the background. Wish the water was a bit more clear for a dip but probably due to rainfall a couple of days prior to our arrival

Camp site is in a quiet nice location. Grass was a bit long. Should probably mention in the Hipcamp description that anything over 5 tonne has to go down a steep causeway, as many people with a standard caravan would probably struggle to get through.
