trashed property unkind host
21 ft travel trailer · With kids
I am still shocked at this entire experience. There was a significant amount of trash pilled all over the property, a VERY unlevel pad with tall, overgrown weeds and to top it all off , the weeds were full of huge ant beds. We immediately left and found a campground. I messaged the host to let them know the condition was not acceptable and asked for a refund. His reply was “ Oh my god other campers where there had no problem”. Had I know the true condition of this property I would not have booked it. It’s advertised as a beautiful experience with premium prices to support the portrayed expierience. HipCamp stepped in and sent me a refund. Do not recommend this host or his property.

Terrible!
Group trip
Property covered with debris piles Pond covered in algae “Security Guard” drinking while “checking on us” No real bathroom or shower, just an abandoned main house Fire pits filled with trash, made new one. Gunshots couple times in the night Random kid+farm dog IN our camp when I woke up Left after 1 night of 2 and will be asking for a full refund. NOT a nice place and site is misleading.

The pond here is beautiful and full of fish! This location is close to town but you don't get that feeling as you are surrounded by trees and the pond. Recommend this spot to others for sure!
