Sunkissed Full Campground!
Whole camp site.
I booked the whole camp site. All 7 tents and it was good. Easy to get to. Comfortable beds, good heating in the tents. Nice warm showers and clean tolets. They had 3 BBQ on the grounds so it was easy to cook for 14 people. We made the site ours for the weekend. The on site manager was also helpful and nice. No issues with cell services as well.

Great camp, great host, aging tents
We really enjoyed our stay. Restrooms and showers were in pristine condition, though the rest of the site is starting to show some age. The tent we had originally booked was “out of commission” upon our arrival. Lucky there was an unreserved tent where the host moved us instead. We were thankful that there was an additional tent and that we weren’t turned away, however, our tents vent windows had tears in them making it impossible to open them for airflow. This left the tent rather warm and stuffy in April. Hopefully they can make some repairs prior to summer where it would be unbearable sap sleep in there. The host instructions are only GPS coordinates that take you to an incorrect location about 10 min down the main road. This leads you to believe that the camp is actually closer to town than it is, which is ~40 minutes. If you are reading this review, check your messages, the owner sends a message with the actual address. Not sure why this hasn’t been corrected and given out from the get go. Aside from the afore mentioned, it’s a wonderful camp with a welcoming and friendly host who is on site in a separate building.

Such a cool desert vibe. Just provided towels for hot showers. There are USB ports and light in your tent.

Perfectly cute glamping
If I ever visit Joshua Tree again, I will definitely consider staying at Sunkissed again. The camp had a quaint "design" with a campfire in the middle, surrounded by a circular walkway lined with tents and hammocks. It was easy to identify which tents were mine and my friend's, and while I certainly didn't feel alone, there weren't so many guests that I felt claustrophobic. The parking lot was also located far enough that I was not bothered by the sound of guests' cars coming and going. The tent itself was the perfect size for me and was just the right amount of minimalism. I stayed on a very windy night, but the tent held up wonderfully against the wind. The only two wishes I had for the camp was that the tents were located further apart (I could very easily hear snoring from a neighboring tent) and that there was just one more shower. Otherwise, my stay at Sunkissed was perfect!

Sunkissed Full Campground!
Group camping for my husband's 50th
We enjoyed having the whole campsite to ourselves the showers were hot plenty of parking directions were easy. They had propane for the bbqs and comfy outdoor seating. Wish they had sunshades up but they did let us borrow an easy up. The tent heaters left us perfectly cozy. There is a camp host that is there the whole time.
