Deep Dime is a 400 acre cattle, fodder and irrigated grain farm. Our primary crop is Lucerne for hay. Creekside Camp (our main camping area) is relatively flat, well drained sites along a creek that usually runs. This area offers multiple composting toilets and wood powered hot water bush shower and outdoor bath. There is also a large permanent deep waterhole a short distance from this camping area. We have temporarily paused out Hill camp sites, due to continuing property maintenance and improvements. The Hilltop on our place is a lovely spot to watch the sunset with a glass of your favorite beverage, and even if you are camped at Creekside, you are welcome to walk or drive up to hilltop. Just remember we are a working property, so leave gates as you find them. Our property is an easy drive from wineries, large dams, Bunya Mountains, art galleries, state forests, mountain bike tracks, and scenic Kingaroy. We are dog friendly as long as dogs are not aggressive and well controlled.

Wonderland 4WD Bushcamp is located 15 minutes from Maleny in the heart of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. Our sites are secluded, private, and rustic. Just so you know when booking that the camp ground does have a road running past it. The camp is surrounded by beautiful farm land and the Bellthorpe Ranges. Pitch a tent or bring your caravan or camper, sit back and relax around the fire pit or have a sit in the creek to cool off and enjoy the serenity. Lovely shady spot in summer. Crystal clear creek to play in, safe for children as its not deep near camp spot. Fantastic spot to get away and breath the fresh country air! Guests must be fully self contained with their own toilet/shower facilities and must take all waste with them on departure. Campfires are welcome in the fire pit provided, you will have to bring your own fire wood please or it is available up Fletcher Road about 1km on right for $10 a bag. Pets are allowed. 2 nights at Mt Bismark

Nothing beats a couple of nights under the stars in a swag and the stars were incredible. It was very easy to find the location and it’s very handy that there is great reception as well. The facilities were lovely and clean and the bottle tree was perfect to set up in the shade with a good book. I was lucky enough to see an Echinda in the paddock as well. The campsite is carpeted with wildflowers that add a splash of colour and looking toward the dam in golden hour was beautiful. Perfect location to do several day trips to nearby national parks. I did Coomba Falls, the Paradise track at the Bunya Mountains and crows nest falls from this location. Watching the young foals frolic around in the nearby paddock was entertaining to watch as well.

Wonderful time at site 6. Wild life and wonderful swimming hole. Lovely place to get away from it all

Dry creek with stagnant water, couldn’t be used, the waterhole was okay for our dog to have a cooldown, but not great for ourselves to cool down.

Paul was a friendly host! We stayed on site 4, very private, beautiful quiet bush surroundings and I dog loved being able to scout around off leash. Very neat and well kept site. The creek unfortunately is dry. The compost toilet was great and very clean. Firewood was available .We enjoyed our relaxing 3 day stay.

We booked site 7 for four nights. We have a 4x4 and a 4.5m camper trailer. We fitted perfectly on this site. Paul had wood for sale which burnt well. The fireplace was well placed. The area was private and the site was large. There are minimal site's here which we found was a real drawcard for us. We slept like babies for the entire stay. We took our dog along and she was allowed to run off lead which was a real plus. There is lovely swimming hole just near site 6 which was very refreshing for swim and a play pool for the dog.

Nice mowed grassy areas to camp with plenty of shade about. Short walk to the creek to cool down for a swim. Paul was a fantastic host, very friendly and happy to help out if needed.

We love staying at Paul's hipcamp. Directions were clear, Paul was friendly and accommodating, the sites were private and the facilities clean. The caravan was gorgeous, overlooking the creek, with lots of bird life. Hot outdoor shower was an unexpected bonus! We would definitely come back and stay. Thanks for having us!

It was so peaceful! The waterhole was a blessing and the area was just gorgeous. Paul welcomed me and gave me the lay of the land and obviously loves his very special spot. It was just me so I picked a small site but a couple of the others look fabulous for a bigger group.

Location, peacefulness and serenity were fabulous. Stayed one night during the week and had the place to ourselves, except for 2 lovely, friendly dogs to keep us company. While the toilet facilities "seem" rustic at first they work extremely well, however we unfortunately did not have enough time to try out the "donkey" shower but hope to if we stop there again. Check in process was simple, just provide your info at the kiosk and go find a place to camp. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend for those that like it quiet and rustic.

We received a very warm welcome from Paul who maintains the sites perfectly. We stayed at site 4 which was huge and I think the best pick. Access to this site is a tight squeeze and I wouldn’t take a trailer. Plenty of room for you and your mates in a 4wd though. We’ll add that the loo was the cleanest we’ve ever seen. 5/5

We had the best time camping at The Summit and Jeremy and Charmaine were fantastic hosts! Tricky to get to and requiring a solid lifted 4WD, but well worth the effort for the peace. We will be returning in the near future for sure :)

Such a lovely peaceful place to stay for a couple of nights. Loved the outdoor bath to cool down in with a cold beer in the afternoon! The creek was a bit high and muddy due to the rain when we first got there so didn’t swim but loved how the hosts had set up chairs and swing seats for those hot summer days of swimming.
