    This cottage is privately set above the 169 acre property with amazing view to Mt Warning and small view to ocean. Cottage has 1 bedroom, however there is a pull out lounge in lounge/dining room which would make it small. Has a kitchen with fridge and a with combustion stove. Bathroom/toilet, lounge/dining area, front patio to enjoy views. We provide a gas bbq for your use. It is a unique cottage operating off the grid but very classy. Access to cottage is via owner's vehicle due to road access but nothing dangerous. Has a wonderful bushwalking track around the 169 acres. At bottom of property there is a dam for swimming and kayaking. Excellent bike riding track nearby only a 2 minute ride to Rail/Trail which runs from Murwillumbah to Yelgun. Close to cafes and shops. 15 minute drive to beach. Take a chance and have stay here. People that have stayed here has commented on the uniqueness and beauty of it.
