The dangerous dog in question bit 4 people in less than 24 hours. Including my husband twice. You know your dog, But you cannot predict what another campers's dog is going to be like. Any dog on the NSW dangerous dogs list is absolutely not welcome here. Free use of fire pits and free firewoods. You will need to be split the logs yourself. axes and wheelbarrows are supplied. Hot showers and decent toilets, Good mobile phone signal. Two Communal Fridges .There is lots of space for campers. We have two sites with shade, four without. We suggest you bring a decent quality gazebo or equivalent. If you choose a non-shady site and then it's sunny, it is beyond our control. Abundant wildlife includes kangaroos, goannas, bandicoots, and wallabies. Guests must take great care when walking in the bush. I supply hard hats and warning signs where appropriate. Push bikes and canoes are available for use, and there is great fishing along the Lansdowne River on the way to Harrington and arguably the most beautiful beach on the Mid North Coast—Crowdy Beach. Mount Vincent Lookout is directly north and about a 20-minute drive, with the Lansdowne General Store only 10 minutes away. During summer, small fires are allowed for cooking only, but in the cooler months it is possible to sit around a campfire all night. Weekend Trip to Willowbank

Jo and Ian were delightful to meet. They showed us to our space and were very engaging and helpful. They even explained where the shade would be at different times of the day which fantastic considering it was 40’ She Oaks was our first hipcamp and we are sold. It was serene, secluded and a few steps from the Karuah river which we swam all day and night. Tip- take water shoes. We will be back.

We stayed at the Rapids campsite and it lived up to its reputation… Perfect for keeping cool in the warm weather and beautiful to fall asleep listening to the water run over the rocks. Jo was friendly and professional, escorts you to your site, sites are well maintained a little dusty due to the hot weather and lack of rain. We enjoyed our stay but unfortunately cut it short true to the extreme heat wave. We will be back!!!

Mei was lovely and made the process easy for first-time Hipcampers. The sites are spread out and the amenities are better than I expected for camping. The views and sunset was stunning! Overall a wonderful nights stay with great beaches nearby. Our dog enjoyed it alot and I recommended it to others!

OKA is a lovely pretty place to camp. Quiet and peaceful in the bush, with lots of 🐦 life. The Myall River is reachable at the edge of the property along a bush track. The characterful kitchen / dining / sitting area is fabulous, very well equipped, with all sorts of accompaniments for anyone wanting to practice their culinary skills. Our dog had a lovely time and was made welcome by the host dog Ruby. Kellie and Rod are obliging hosts and good source of info on the locality. Very responsive. It would be a great place to go with a group of friends.

We had a wonderful time. Peace , quiet and a river to float and relax in was exactly what we needed after the chaos of xmas. The dog has a blast too! Old Ceder was very private and exclusive even though there were plenty of other campers nearby.
