They don’t call this the “Wonder State” for nothing, at White Oak Lake State Park you can explore just how wonderful the Arkansas wilds can be! The park offers ample wildlife sightings including heron, eagles, and osprey. And you know when there’s birds like that around, the fishing is even better! Anglers can put some bass, crappie, and catfish in their tacos as they sip on a Corona and meander through the lake. If you forgot your boat, no worries, the marina is at your service with fish’n boats, party boats (amen), pedal boats, canoes, and kayaks. There’s also mountain biking, guided trails, and camping to write home about. Arkansas or bust!
