This 7 acre property is completely surrounded by Arkansas Natural Heritage-Natural Area. There are miles of trails and cooling waters at every turn. We recommend high clearance and/or 4WD or AWD vehicles. If you are unable to cross the creek, you will need to park in the parking area and walk across the creek to reach your site.

Spoke N’ Tru

This remote primitive campground is between Kingston and Compton, Arkansas. in the Boston Mountains of the Ozark plateau. The wooded 15 acres is nestled just above a scenic bluff looking south. You can set your tent on our grassy knoll or find a random spot anywhere under our hardwoods or pines. There is one designated gravel site pad for a mid size trailer. The only roads to Spoken N’ Tru are gravel. I highly recommend taking the gravel route from Kingston. This particular gravel road is 5 miles. If you are pulling a camper this is definitely the best. There is another longer 8 mile option from 412 - south from Dryfork in between Marble and Ozark. The shortest route if from 103 but it has a deep creek crossing and should only be driven if you have 4 wheel capability. The best road to Ponca is County Road 1300 which takes you to Highway 43. Please keep in mind that Spoke N’ Tru is a cozy but primitive camping site with no amenities so be ready to check your electronics before heading down our gravel roads. Lastly, please read amenity notes, especially regarding waste.

We are currently providing free firewood for each firepit. Pea Ridge Bike Camp is about 7 miles to downtown Bentonville and only 5 miles from Exit 88 and I-49. We are located n the country, yet only 1/8 mile to state highway 72. Restaurants, food trucks, groceries, banking and laundry facilities are only 2 miles away in Pea Ridge. Pea Ridge Bike Camp is located 5 miles northeast of Bentonville and most of the bike trails are on the north side of Bentonville. The gravel trails run right in front of Pea Ridge Bike Camp on Blue Jay Rd. This is a place where you can be very close to everything Northwest Arkansas has to offer and while still being in the country. A peaceful place that you can easily return to after exploring many of the popular bicycling and hiking trails in the area, visiting Crystal Bridges or other local museums, or attending one of the many events, such as Bikefest, Bikes, Blues, and Barbecue, the annual craft fairs, or performances at the Walmart Amp or the Momentary. Camp right next to the Illinois River under giant oaks, ash trees, and sycamores with a waterfall behind you and the river in front. Or move up the hill and enjoy the 10 mile view (when leaves are dropped) while watching the sunset. Seriously, it’s the best view west of Fayetteville. The deep shade of the campsite with the breeze coming over river keeps the space surprisingly cool even in extreme heat. Feeling fun? Camp in the old dirt mine with 10’ walls around you shaded by a massive pine growing in the center and oaks around the perimeter. Hiking trails have been cut for you to enjoy the property. Make sure to check out “Mini Hawksbill Crag”- a rocky outcropping hanging off the cliff side. Another fun trail leads you up a creek bed with multiple small waterfalls. A couple canoes and kayaks are available to float the river if you desire as an add on. You can go upstream easily in normal water flow! If you’re looking for fun family time with your kids, I will do whatever I can to help you during your stay to make lasting memories. We’re big believers in families enjoying the outdoors together! A truck can be driven to riverside campsite when dry or there is a 100 yard walk from a small parking area. More vehicles can be parked on top of hill which is 5 minute walk. There is a picnic table and fire pit at the riverside campsite. Bald Eagles are seen most days in the winter. Birders will also appreciate the feeder in the campsite. Fishing poles are available as an add on. You can bring your own too! Catch small mouth, large mouth, bream, crappie, catfish, gar, and carp/buffalo, but you’re competing with the neighborhood beaver so be on the lookout for him! Please release small mouth besides a legal keeper is 14" (6-7 year old fish!) and limit of 2. Rear wheeled drive vehicles should park at the parking area by old stable Absolutely no hunting wildlife or foraging mushrooms without prior approval.

We are located less than 30 minutes from downtown Eureka Springs, as well as under an hour from Branson and the Buffalo National River areas. We have 40 acres of woods, waterfalls, hiking, stargazing, bird watching, and sunset watching for the campers who like primitive camping. Blackberry's are available to pick in late June or early July. There are three logging trails you can hike just behind the campground. They lead to a creek you can follow for moderate hike. There are cliffs, and plenty of scenery to enjoy. We are a short drive away from Eureka Springs, Turpentine Creek(big cat sanctuary), War Eagle Cavern, and War Eagle Mill. Hobbs State National Park is close by off Scenic Highway 12, with biking, and walking trails galore! We are also close to many of the NW Arkansas mountain biking trails in the area! Access to Beaver Lake is a short drive or a long hike down the scenic rock roads. Due to the remote, and private location, we want to remind anyone consuming alcohol under the age of 21 will not be tolerated. Safety is very important to us. We are looking forward to seeing you. Lake Frances Campsites

Sitting in the middle of an 850 acre nature preserve, you will have plenty of privacy to enjoy a getaway in the woods without being disturbed by other campers. This site is relatively flat and easy to access on the edge of a field along the tree line of the forest. You may notice old stone chimneys standing throughout the woods where cabins once stood, back when Lake Frances was a resort area in the 1920s. On this camp site, we have a Micro Cabin that is wired for a generator (not provided) that sleeps 2, or bring your own tent and enjoy the view of the stars. We have several private campsites sprinkled throughout the forest reserve for you to stay at as you enjoy the Illinois River, hike, or bike the trails. The mountain bike trails run very close to this site and the White Water Park is about 2 miles down the gravel road. The trailhead for the paved bike trail is around the corner from this campsite and goes all the way down to WOKA. There is an off road bike trail located right next to the field by this campsite along with several other trails. There are many more miles of additional mountain bike trails in town and on the north side of Siloam. WOKA has 8 low-hazard whitewater features, seasonal rentals of kayaks, rafts, paddle boards and actual surf boards, and concessions, with shaded viewing. Changing facilities and restrooms are on-site at WOKA. The Siloam Springs Kayak Park is located up river on Fisher Ford Rd, and has access for swimming and tubing. If you enjoy riding dirt bikes or quads, there is the family friendly Off-road race track, Gas MX, directly across the highway from Woka. We also have dirt track racing at Arrowhead Speedway nearby in West Siloam Springs, West of the Casino.

Built to sleep 4 with a spacious queen bed perfect for falling asleep on, a cozy twin bed for reading/sleeping, and stowed under the twin bed is an adventure cot for that outside nap on the deck. The cabin is equipped with a mini fridge/freezer, a Keurig coffee maker, and a microwave) inverter. In the bathroom we have a metal wrapped 22" deep soaking tub equipped with a rainfall shower head to wash the stress away. No glamping cabin would be complete without a wave activated hand dryer a 43" Wi-Fi connected smart TV and the latest plug ins with USB ports included so you can forget that charging box at home. Coffee, bedding, towels, bar soap, provided. So what are you waiting for? It's time to camp!

(Plants are all certified organic, eggs aren't certified but fed organic feed) A few miles from Twin Bridges State Park has RV dump station. The town is walkable and there are plenty of bikes to use. The main use area will have lights from the neighbors, 2 lane highway, but also private areas to set up a chair or hammock. Behind the hedgerow (to the North) there's a mowed areas for a tent. There's also a tree platform for tents (though it currently needs some brush clearing to get to it) Also a train runs about 10 x day and night about 5 blocks away. There's capacity for leaving your trash/recycling here (I have to pay for weekly pick-up but rarely is my bin full), there's also washer/dryer in an outbuilding that can be used (within reason)

The park is also an off-leash dog park with both sunny and shady places for pets to enjoy. The nature trail runs almost entirely through the woods with views of the lake and ancient rock formations. There are also lots of beautiful wildflowers in the spring!
