There are four major dams that are deep and clean, and a recently built gravel road along the northern boundary leads to Gypsy Corner, where you can watch the sunset over the mountains and see the trains rolling by three kilometres away. An unlimited supply of dry firewood is available, composting toilets are on site, and you can walk the 5.5 kilometres of fence line without seeing a single house. Abundant wildlife includes kangaroos, goannas, bandicoots, and wallabies. Guests must take great care when walking in the bush. I supply hard hats and warning signs where appropriate. Push bikes and canoes are available for use, and there is great fishing along the Lansdowne River on the way to Harrington and arguably the most beautiful beach on the Mid North Coast—Crowdy Beach. Mount Vincent Lookout is directly north and about a 20-minute drive, with the Lansdowne General Store only 10 minutes away. During summer, small fires are allowed for cooking only, but in the cooler months it is possible to sit around a campfire all night. Great little spot. Short 10min from the highway. I just stopped in for the night on my travels south but I would definitely pop in again. Jaimie and Greg were lovely and kind enough to give me some tank water. The campsite was large and well set out with little fire pits at each site. Thanks for a great stay!

What a beautiful place!!! We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to go back! Rick and Cheryl’s place is so warm and welcoming, nothing is a bother! The river is clear and beautiful, the hospitality is amazing, feeding the animals was an absolute highlight for our little city kids! It was a struggle to get the kids out of the place! The sites are so big and the is plenty of shade along the river. Toilets were super clean and well Maintained. I honestly could rave about the place for days. Book a stay is my advice!

We absolutely loved camping at Bundilla River Camp. Large grassy sites, the river was the perfect cooling down spot with boogie boards and kayaks available. The kids swings and bikes were an added bonus and we really enjoyed the farm tour. We loved that we could order wood which was delivered straight to the site and the baked goods by Nicole were so delicious!

We had a wonderful time. Peace , quiet and a river to float and relax in was exactly what we needed after the chaos of xmas. The dog has a blast too! Old Ceder was very private and exclusive even though there were plenty of other campers nearby.

We had a great time with our family at Wild Hope Farm - it was lovely and peaceful. Nearby Queen's lake is great to explore and just a short drive to beautiful Grant's Beach, which wasn't too busy despite the time of year. The host family was lovely, our kids had a great time meeting them all. Very close to both Bonny Hills and North Haven and all directions given were accurate and easy to find. Would easily stay again!

Me and my partner had a great time camping here. Didn’t have time to do the farm tour, but just setting up metres away from the river was enough. short walk or drive to the river access point, communal kayaks and boogie boards were an amazing touch. River water was a good temperature, a very picturesque creek and some incredible birdlife. Rick and Cheryl were both very friendly and reachable but not overbearing. Thanks for having us!

Would definitely recommend to anyone it’s a beautiful spot the hosts Rick and Cheryl are soo lovely and friendly and welcoming they take very good care of the area their daughter comes down every arvo with fresh baked cakes and cookies to buy which are very yummy the kids loved going up to their place to feed the animals and and we had soo much fun swimming there the water is soo nice we spent a lot of time just floating around on our floaties can’t wait to go back there dog friendly very relaxed and only about a 20 min drive into Port Macquarie If you need to get anything
