Description
Walk—no, run—to Camp Run campground for some quality camping. This teeny campground (it has only nine sites!) sits pretty alongside a Shenandoah Mountain drainage, and is popular with hunters. Plus? It’s open year round so you can get your kicks outdoors even in the winter! Just bring a mug o’ hot chocolate, or two.
