The Lake Pasture is now taking reservations for 2025. Our season this year will run from March 21 through September 3. Welcome to our tranquil campground nestled on the stunning Oregon coastline. Our campground boasts four primitive sites located in an open field between a fresh water lake and the Pacific Ocean. Our campground provides a rustic escape for those seeking solace and adventure. With access to a shared private lake, guests can unwind by the water's edge, kayak, or simply soak in the beauty of the natural surroundings. Please note we do not book group campsites. Conveniently located just two miles north of Cape Kiwanda, our campground offers easy walking access to the pristine shores of Tierra Del Mar Beach. Situated between the charming coastal towns of Tillamook and Lincoln City, our campground serves as the perfect basecamp for exploring the wonders of the Oregon coast. Whether you're craving a peaceful getaway or yearning for outdoor exploration, our sites provide an idyllic setting for creating unforgettable memories amidst the rugged beauty of the Pacific Northwest.

Learn more about our land: In the heart of Willamette Valley AVA and on a breezy 20-acre lot of land we provide a space for you to set yourself up and enjoy life's natural bounty. We offer a small shared space with a wood fire stove and some essential items, many games (such as horseshoes), and lots of picnic areas and tables sprinkled throughout the property. The location is central and half an hour to just minutes away from water bodies Hagg Lake, Nestucca River, Yamhill River, little Niagara Falls, Mill Creek, Baker Creek, Rainbow Lake and more… Such as the Carlton public pool. If your looking to jaunt from camp a little further, we are located a little over an hour and a beautiful drive to the Pacific Coast and about an hour from Portland. Although in the middle of the country woods, we are surprisingly only two and a half miles from the adorable and quaint town of Carlton. So beside the views, you’ll be alongside some fantastic eateries and outstanding winemakers. Being raised in the community, and over ten years of experience in the local food and wine industry, I can give recommendations aplenty. ꕥ The property has been in our family since the late 60’s and has recently been transferred in ownership to the next generation! It’s been a large adjustment with many precious memories in tow. In hopes to carry on the legacy we opened up camp mid-summer 2021, and it’s a work in progress (as work normally is!), but has been a beautiful experience being in a position to share. There are two family homes on the property with people who truly admire this land we have been given so we do ask you to respect our process in this adjustment, as we miss our grandparents and parents who have worked their entire lives for us to be here. With the work of these past couple seasons, and thanks to our fellow campers, we have been able to lay more gravel, get a more fluid bathroom situation established, and have purchased a 20ft stargazing tent that is in the works of being listed this season! Powder Creek Campground

Powder Creek Ranch is 362 acres, nestled into a valley, surrounded by forest in the Oregon Coast Range. The campground is in a secluded meadow next to Powder Creek, a pristine year round stream, perfect for wading and playing in. If you're looking to unplug and escape from the chaos of city life, we are all about peace and quiet and connecting with nature. Each of our 13 large campsites offers access to the creek, a picnic table and campfire ring. All sites accommodate RVs as well as tent camping. One of the campsites is next to the beaver pond, where you're likely to see a variety of wildlife. Our property also has 1/2 mile of Nestucca River frontage where you can swim or fish, whichever floats your boat. Niagara Creek/Pheasant Creek falls is a nearby hiking trail and there are roads as well as deer and elk trails to explore all over the ranch. If you feel like venturing further, the beach is 23 miles away in Pacific City. We also offer pasture raised pork for sale. A variety of sausages (breakfast, chorizo, Italian, Bratwurst and French Garlic links) and pork chops.

Holistic Life Farm offers a 1 dry tent site for up to 12 people, a quaint hideaway cabin, and a glamped out 16x20 canvas tent with a wood stove. We also offer 1 RV site in our parking area. Stop on your way to Astoria and the coast and make this your destination. Find us about 30 minutes off I-5 freeway across the Longview bridge or 45 minutes east of Astoria. Our farm sits about 5 miles off Highway 30 to the north. We can direct you to hiking and mountain biking trails in the area (Beaver Falls trailhead is 5 miles from our farm). There is a motor boat launch in the town of Clatskanie, with access to Columbia River. There is also a launch in the city park for kayaking. The Zen Monastery is just 5 miles away. Long Beach, WA is across the Columbia River via the Astoria Bridge. Lounging about the homestead works too.

Bring your paddle boards, kayaks, canoe or jet skis. visit Coffee Pot 300 yards away from our shoreline. Less than 1 mile to the Cathlamet Ferry to Westport, Oregon (3miles away). 3.5 miles from Cathlamet, Wa. (Est. 1846), Brewery, Elochoman Boating Marina, restaurants, shops, banks, grocery store, pharmacy and a historic 5 room hotel. Enjoy the quiet charm of a PNW country island. Close to historic Astoria, OR, a short 5 minute ferry ride and 23 miles of beautiful scenery. Disclaimer_ On very rare occasions when the winds are from the southwest the sounds from the WAUNA papermill on the Oregon side of the river may be audible. Sort of a low drone noise. The locals have gotten used to it and don't take notice. The prevailing winds are usually form the west, sometimes the east (up and down the rive). RV parking with power (30 amp hookup) on the road. We require when tent camping that the tents are pitched where the rv parking is, due to rising waters with the tide. Dwell Seaview is a relaxing vacation spot on the Long Beach Peninsula. Located right in the middle between Ilwaco, Long Beach, and Cape Disappointment. Dwell Seaview is the place for you to enjoy your next vacation. There are many activities pretty much every weekend from spring through fall each year. Some larger events include Jeeps Go Topless in May, Beach to Chowder Run in June, Independence Day over 4th of July, Sandsations in July, Kite Festival in August, and the very popular Rod Run in September. Pictures of some of these events are posted in our Photos tab. There are 20 full hookup sites with a majority of them being 50/30/20-amp services, water and sewer is at each site!

Kilchis River Retreat

If you prefer a private setting you can put up a tent on the west end of the property, or chose the comfort of staying in our rustic cabin. There is no electricity or running water in the cabin, however a generator can be rented if it is desired. Potable water is also available if you bring a jug to fill. A portable toilet is available on-site. Take advantage of the opportunity to go fishing, swimming, or launch your boat/kayak/tube. Alternatively, simply relax and enjoy the picturesque views of the river and the wildlife in the coastal rainforest. Watch the salmon jump during spawning season in November. We are also a birdwatcher's and rockhounding paradise! Just a few minutes away from town amenities, this location allows you to immerse yourself in the tranquility of the forested river canyon, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Please be careful when using Google maps, for whatever reason it has taken several people to other places other than mine. I posted a picture of the entrance of my property, hopefully this will help. Hurlys Hideaway is a very nice location located approximately 2 miles from the town of Tillamook. Very close to the beach Sand Lake various Rivers for fishing kayaking swimming Etc. Approximately 4 MI from Netarts Oceanside area, Netarts Bay, Cape Mears. A very nice location to be able to access all of these activities in Tillamook County. My land is Timber, some clearings, we'll see how this goes I'm just getting started. Also, I just learned that the transient tax for Tillamook Oregon is an additional 10% and I hate to do this but I'm going to have to raise my prices $5. If you are coming from Town, I'm 2 mi. from the hospital west on hwy. 131. Look for the purple Minnesota Vikings bus shack with the eggs for sale sign. I also put up a hipcamp sign just up my driveway a bit. If you are coming from the south on Fraiser road, turn right when you come to hwy. 131. I'm less than a quarter mile on your left.

This hidden gem is only 1/3 of a mile off the highway yet all you can hear is the flow of the water from Rock Creek which flows along the 2 acres. There is plenty of spots to toss your tent. Personally, I prefer the bank overlooking the stream. Cool your feet on a hot summer day in Rock Creek (the main attraction). Enjoy the evenings around the fire pit for an extra $10/day which includes the firewood. There are complimentary tables, BBQ, chairs. Did you know the coolest porta-party in the galaxy awaits your visit? Yep, true. Attractions: Spirit Mountain Casino is only 4 miles away, The Oregon coast is a 25 minute drive as well as plenty of vineyards. Also enjoy 100+ miles of hiking trails. The trail head is only 1 mile from camp. I'm available to answer any questions you have and look forward to your visit. We ask if the ground is wet (rain for 24+ hrs) you keep your car on the gravel driveway and not drive in the grass (causing ruts). Don't be a turd. Respect the Hideout. If you plan on partying and/or staying up late around the campfire, don't book this. I have neighbors and respect them. Go do your party booking elsewhere, please. Lastly, if you are bringing dogs, you'll most likely get a bit of barking from the dogs to the east for the 1st hour. I just want to be honest and warn you.

If you're looking for a stunning sunset then this is your spot. Since it is such a big campground the beach never seems crowded. They have boat launch, group camping, and a horse camp. You can even pay to ride horses on the beach! Manzanita is a sleepy coastal town nearby, last summer we rode bikes there from the campground.

Large Campground, lots of paved bike trails, plenty of hiking trails. Located on the northern Oregon coast so bring warm jackets and the beach tends to be very windy here.
