Quartz Mountain Campground
Description
Well, there’s not much that you can’t do in the Quartz Mountain Nature Park. Hike, bike, climb, fish, boat, bird watch, golf, camp… the list goes on and on! Five different camping areas in the park put you right in all the outdoor activity action. For the adventurous, enjoy the granite face climbing on Baldy Point, which stands 300 feet above the prairie below. The hiking trails range from easy to strenuous, so if you’re up for it, check out the trail that climbs Quartz Mountain for some sweet views. If you’re here in January or February, don’t forget to look up for eagles. America!
