It was like sleeping in a rainforest. There was a small stream running through camp and loads of huge trees all around. Very quiet and peaceful.
One of my favorite campgrounds! I grew up camping here and swimming in the ice cold river! Very large campground with paved access - great for kids to ride around on their bikes or go explore around the campground on their own. The park does wonderful ranger activities here for kids and adults and there are some great short hikes that leave straight from the campground.
