We offer three, cozy Kampinas nestled among the oak trees with a spacious outdoor kitchen and eating area, along with a bathhouse, outdoor gym, yoga deck, and walking trails. Our property is 45 minutes from Austin, and only 25 miles from Smithville and Bastrop for nearby day-trip adventures. ** This listing is for 3 Kampinas for 6 total guests ** ... Serana is everything you need for a restorative and unique weekend getaway with a group of friends or adult family. Enjoy private accommodations in one of our peaceful Kampinas and then gather all together in our outdoor communal kitchen to make a meal, mix a drink, or enjoy a bonfire under the stars. Start your morning with a sunrise walk through our 53 acres or a workout in the outdoor gym. Spend the day exploring the shops and restaurants in Bastrop or Smithville (20 min away) and come back to cook dinner in our fully-equipped outdoor kitchen. We designed all the spaces on the property with community and gathering in mind. We have three Kampinas available to book through this listing. Each Kampina has 1 queen bed for a total capacity of 6 guests. The Kampinas do not have their own bathrooms, but our brand new bathhouse is a short 1-minute walk away. ... Each Kampina offers: - keypad entry - central heat/AC - memory foam queen sized mattress - comfortable bedding & sheets - Turkish bath towels - dry food storage bin - private outdoor gravel patio + seating area - personal outdoor gas firepit When booking a Kampina or glamping tent, you will have access to the entire 53 acres and communal areas at Serana which include: - outdoor bathhouse with private outdoor showers - outdoor kitchen - outdoor gym with Eleiko strength training equipment - cookware - BBQ Grill + Traeger smoker Grill - Quonset hut dining area - propane cooktops - coffee & tea station (coffee & tea provided) - communal refrigerator - several outdoor sitting areas - communal fire pit ... FAQ: Q: Can I rent the glamping tents? A: We do have 5 additional glamping tents that are available for an additional fee. Please message us for more info if you have a larger group. Q: Do you have Wifi? A: We do not offer Wifi and invite you to enjoy your weekend here as unplugged as you are comfortable being! We do have perfectly good cell service with Verizon + AT&T, and find that tethering your phone helps with Wifi needs in a pinch. Q: Are there any restaurants nearby? A: Yes! We are within 20 minutes of both Bastrop and Smithville, both with a range of great restaurant options. We send guests a guidebook with hand-selected recommendations a week before check-in. Some of our Bastrop favorites are Storehouse and Neighbor's, and we love Carne Lenta in Smithville. Q: Do you offer flexibility on 4pm check-in and 11am check-out? A: Send us a message and we'll do our best to accommodate! Q: Smoking? A: Only outside - we have 53 acres to enjoy! Please be courteous and dispose appropriately. Q: Do you allow pets? A: We are pet friendly and ask that pets are not left unattended at anytime. Q: What about parties? A: We ask that there are no parties at Serana. Kampina 3 at Serana + Pool

This was a really cool experience! Great for camping with dogs with some very nice touches. Bathrooms were lovely and well kept and the cabin had an AC unit which I didn’t expect! The property was beautiful also.

Kampina 2 at Serana

The cabins were just perfect. So cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was more than we expected which was just amazing. The showers and bathroom were so clean and warm. The fire pit at our Cabin was so peaceful. My partner and I went for a little winter escape. And enjoyed a little polar plunge in the pool— and were able to warm right up with their stunning new showers. We will be back. Can not recommend enough!

Perfect, perfect, perfect..

Kampina 3 at Serana + Pool

We went with the expectation of relaxing and unwinding.. that's exactly what we got. The Serana's was a beautiful experience. Zach and his wife were beyond amazing and have done a super job with the property. Oh, and the outdoor shower is out of this world. Thank you guys! Hope to see you again!

The Big Bluestem at Serana

We had a wonderful experience here! An escape from the city to get out into nature, with all the amenities needed to make our camping trip easy and comfortable. The hosts were friendly and helpful and had thought of everything. The property was beautiful and the tent was amazing! The bed was extremely comfortable and on a chilly night it was great to have a wood stove inside to keep us warm. The ducks and and chickens were fun and we enjoyed farm fresh eggs in the mornings. We’ll definitely be back!

The Little Bluestem at Serana

Our stay at Serana was heavenly. The tent was gorgeous and suprisingly spacoius, the common spaces are beyond nice and the property itself is so serene and beautiful. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a place near Austin that feels like a far-flung getaway.

A great weekend escape!

The Big Bluestem at Serana

We had a great weekend at Serana - Zach and Carlyle were very accommodating and the space is really gorgeous. Big Bluestem was a great setup with w comfortable bed and plenty of space. We were very thankful for the firebox in the tent with the cold temps at night - they provided firewood and extra blankets for us as well. The kitchen setup was great - had everything we needed for all meals - and the bathroom setup was very nice. A hot shower after a cool night in a tent was priceless. We'll be back!
