Jackson F. Kimball Campground

Amenities are scarce at this campground, but the location makes it worth it.

The 10 campsites are situated next to a spring-fed lagoon that feeds Wood River, which means you’ll wake up to the sound of super fresh, cool water lapping gently against the bank--a.k.a. nature’s best alarm clock. A short trail leads from the campground to the spot where the spring seeps out of a rocky hillside to form the river. The sites here are primitive, and there’s no potable water available, so make sure you bring your own. Vault toilets are provided.
