Friendly hosts attentative to any requests. Supplied with everything for a late night campfire. Soft cozy bed with warm blankets and down pillows. The morning ambience to singing birds with quiet nights and a beautiful view of the star filled sky. It was a wonderful two nights with my wife and dog.

Such a cute stay! We were in town for the Renaissance festival and also visiting holly recreation area and the location was perfect. Room was clean and it was a great balance between camping and staying at a hotel. Outdoor bathroom and shower was nice too!

Overall this place is exactly as shown. Very clean and cute, great condition, so many thoughtful things included. The portapotty is pristine. I was disappointed in how close it is to the highway. I didn’t sleep well, even came home a day early so I wouldn’t have to deal with the noise a second night.

We had an amazing time here! It was exactly as described, with excellent communication. The place was so clean & relaxing!
There is a HUGE yard where we were able to let the dogs run off leash, & play frisbee with. The outdoor shower was so nice! It was my niece's 1st time taking one, so she was nervous, so I stood "guard" for her. (16 year young lady) She LOVED it! Cheryl gave us our space & privacy, yet was there for us. The fire pit was great, & perfectly stocked. The outhouse was so clean, & smelled fresh.
The treehouse was so cute, we couldn't stand it! Small, yet so cosy, & perfectly stocked! Super clean, & the bed & linens were phenomenal! After the bonfire, we settled to a movie on a very large screen TV. There was cable, but we chose to watch one of the many DVD's that were available. We chose 'Breakfast Club", & had the best time! Life long memories, for sure!
The only thing I would advise people traveling with pets, is that the steps are steep & narrow to get to the house. If you have a dog that has physical limitations, or is not confident going up these, please plan on crating under the house, or other, weather permitting. (We had a Golden Retriever & Border Collie that are used to agility & other odd situations, & they did fine going up & down them.)
Plan ahead for food & drinks, but there are gas stations & town within 10 minutes if you need things.
We will absolutely stay again, & again!

Tree house is charming, beautiful view of the stars at night, lovely outdoor shower. The hosts are thoughtful and welcoming, they provide items like bug spray, flashlight, umbrella, etc.
Very close to Holly Recreation area and lots of bars and restaurants.
