5-acre property located in the high desert and heart of Mexico, in a thermal waters zone. Surrounded by spas and next to XOTE aquatic park. ZenZontle boasts some of the best sunsets in a relaxing environment, providing the following lodging services: Camping Spots, Glamping Tents, RV Parking, Bed and Breakfast.Villa ZenZontle sits on approximately 5 acres of land with mostly low vegetation and a slight incline. RV PARKING spaces accommodate a limited number of vehicles that need a place to spend a night or more. Though the property is currently not equipped with hookups nor a dumping station for RV's/motor homes, it does have plenty of space to park comfortably and water is available, as well as access to the communal bathrooms and hot water shower and towels service, plus grounds with spectacular sunsets. Laundry may be available for a small fee. What makes this place ideal for campers and RVs is the proximity to Mayan Baths Thermal underground water pools for couples/adults, as well as the closeness to Xote Aquatic Park for families. Located approximately ten minutes from downtown San Miguel de Allende, the property boasts a bonfire area, fire pits, meditation labyrinth, walking and biking trails, and four terraces where to enjoy the frequent Happy Hours with the caretakers and visitors. This is a fenced, peaceful and quiet property.

On leash. Must let host know in advance if you are bringing any pets. They must be socialized, vaccinated, spayed/neutered, and not bark constantly. Yes, they have a voice and can use it, but some pets are really vocal, and this is a retreat campground. A fee of $200 pesos for each pet is required.

Bottled water or jugs. We provide some drinking water, but visitors must occasionally provide own back up.
