Nestled at the edge of mountain and meadow, our Alterra Mountain's Edge Camp 2 is a sheltered level area with a pavilion and room for several tents less than 1 mile off Seneca Trail. Cool shaded spot has visible stars at night. Quiet and restful. Native plant enthusiasts will spot everything from Appalachian mixed mesophytic forest trees and wildflowers to medicinals. Water and electricity, a fire ring with grill, a few camp chairs, and firewood are available. Stay in your own tent, or sleep 2 in the teardrop camper on site. Guests share a communal comfort station with a flush toilet, outdoor hot shower and secure trash container. A second campsite is visible across the meadow.
