Green Pastures & Trees Goat Camping
We had a great weekend on the farm! Site is right beside the pasture with pigs, alpacas, goats and chickens coming up the fence to visit frequently. Kristin was such a wonderful host! We got to watch the goats be milked, pet the animals, and see some brand new piglets and puppies. We were traveling with our 15 mo old who adored the animals and activity. We forgot cooking oil and Kristin was kind enough to bring that down for us. Plus they offered free wood for fires. Would absolutely stay again.

Camping on a farm is worth it!
This was our first time camping on a farm. Truly exceeded our expectations. From the goats to the pigs to the sheep, oh and the cats! We would recommend this farm to anyone. The hosts were great, attentive and responsive. We can't wait to return!

Van camping with goats!
This was by far our favorite camp ground of our vacation! Kristin was easy to communicate with and her family was so nice and welcoming. We were greeted by two very friendly pigs and a herd of goats. We are animal lovers so this was an absolute dream! We got to learn about the farm and how the goat cheese is made. Even better, we got to meet the baby goats, sheep and pigs. Kristin provided a fire pit and wood, WiFi and a perfect space for our camper van. We would stay here again in a heart beat.

We car camped and had a wonderful time! Loved being by the goats, site had a fire ring and picnic table, and host had free firewood for us. They were helpful and kind and the animals were just the cutest!

Excellent choice for animal lovers and camping with kiddos. Near a great swimming spot, lovely views, access to spring water and a creek on property. Great hammock spots around. Def planning to return.

Baby Goats? Yes please!
We did a combo of tent camping and van camping with our large and blended family and it was amazing! The 11 kids we had with us had a blast learning about goat farming, how the milking happens, using alpacas as guardian animals, horses, donkeys, etc. They climbed hay bales, drank freah goat milk, snuggled barn kitties and used some freah picked apples from near by to make friends with the horses, donkeys, goats and even the stoic alpacas. The owner and their daughter were so kind and accommodating, really couldn't have asked for a better host. We were just a mile and a half away from Vista Park where we swam, kayaked and paddle boarded. I would caution that campers should keep their dogs tethered. The Alpacas take their job very seriously and are not keen on k9s around their milking mama Goats. Can't wait to come back the next round of babies (4 mamas were ready to pop while we were there!) And so so glad the hosts were gracious enough to share their farm with us.
