Beautiful little spot beside the creek. I camped in my tent by myself and it was really nice waking up beside a babbling brooke. Quiet and peaceful for the most part...lots of dogs barking in the beginning of the night. Really comfy. The water was constantly moving.

22 ft travel trailer · With pets
If you are near Yakima this is a quiet shaddy place to stay in a rural neighborhood. Located on the Naches river floodplain on a dead end gravel road which has been oiled to keep dust down. Very little traffic. One adjacent structure with an irrigated pasture across the road. The lot is covered with black cottonwood trees and the ground is covered with wood chips and other organic debris from the trees. It is a relatively small lot so you either need to back in or back out. We backed in a 22 ft airstream with no problem. Trailers longer than 30 feet may not fit. At this time of year a fast running irrigation ditch is at the back of the lot. The host was very responsive. I had a .number of questions since this is a new hipcamp site without any reviews. We got eating recommendations and the host checked with us via text to make sure we had settled in okay.
